We are proud our sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining a base hourly rate plus uncapped commission. We provide paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up rate during your first 60 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to learn the manufacturing process as it relates to equipment start-up, operations, to our company procedures.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Administer medications via oral, injection, self-administration, and other methods
    • Perform physical and mental health assessments and psychiatric screeners
    • Document medication administration and nursing assessments accurately
    • Conduct MAR reviews and medication counts; monitor medication stock and refill status
    • Communicate with clients regarding medication needs and coordinate refill requests
    • Room clients and collect preliminary health data (e.g., vitals, samples)
    • Complete documentation for assessments, interventions, educational groups, and safety plans
    • Maintain accurate medical and medication records; assist with lab and phlebotomy duties
    • Serve as a resource for medical issues, infectious disease control, and hygiene
    • Participate in required meetings and perform duties as assigned by nursing leadership

    Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

    Required:

    • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to accurately document and maintain electronic health records.

    • Wash and vacuum all inventory on a regular basis
