POSITION SUMMARY
The Phoenician a Luxury Collection Resort Scottsdale is now partnering with the Rouxbe Cooking School to offer culinary associates engaging online training opportunities to help grow their careers. Through Rouxbe's self-paced online platform and culinary training curriculum, Marriott associates with all levels of culinary experience will have access to hundreds of well-designed and visually appealing lessons they can immediately apply to their jobs.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and food prep checklists. Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food before use. Safely and appropriately use baking and measuring tools/equipment/appliances to prepare baked foods. Follow and ensure compliance with food safety handling policies and procedures, including personal hygiene procedures. Check and ensure correct temperatures of kitchen appliances and food, and report issues to management. Wash and disinfect kitchen area; set-up and break-down work station; and follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures. Monitor the quality of food prepared and portions served throughout shift.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals. Comply with quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

POSITION SUMMARY
Our jobs aren’t just about moving items from one place to another. At our hotels, Runners work across departments to ensure that guests and associates have what they need at the point in time when they need it. Whether delivering items directly to guests in their room or providing support to housekeeping, engineering, banquets, restaurants, the front office, or other areas that need assistance, our Runners move about their space to get the job done. They are critical to ensure smooth operations throughout the entire hotel.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to success – ensuring a safe work place, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional. Runners will be on their feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended time; move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps), ensure they have what they need to do their work (read and visually verify information in a variety of formats, including small print; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines), and taking a hands-on approach to work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance; reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). Doing all of these things well, and other reasonable job duties as requested, is critical for Runners – to get it right for our guests and our business each and every time.

Job Responsibilities
As the Culinary Services Manager, you'll oversee the daily dining operation while partnering closely with the Food Service Director to ensure exceptional service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
You'll:
- Lead, coach, and develop culinary and dining team members
- Foster a positive culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and resident satisfaction
- Ensure meals are prepared and served safely while maintaining the highest quality standards
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and company food safety regulations
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor food, labor, and inventory costs while supporting financial goals
- Partner with community leadership to continuously improve the resident dining experience
- Maintain sanitation standards and ensure survey readiness
- Support operational excellence through inventory management, purchasing, and quality assurance
- Help create a welcoming dining environment where residents genuinely enjoy every meal
We are offering a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS for this role!
Qualifications
Required
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in food service, healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitality
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controls
- Experience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) credential
- 2-3 years of Executive Chef experience

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Member Experience Manager to support EōS members and guests by delivering best-in-class service. This individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, addressing member concerns, resolving billing issues, and responding to member feedback. The Member Experience Manager will partner with gym department managers to train, motivate, and develop front desk staff while ensuring that our facility is clean, friendly, and well- maintained. As a key leader in our Company, you will model our core values and work closely with department managers to support the overall success of the gym.

Responsibilities:
- Takes Initiative in identifying ways to enhance the member experience.
- Serve as the first point of contact for member concerns, ensuring quick resolution of service issues, billing questions, or other concerns.
- Address member complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset to maintain positive relationships and high retention rates.
- Support member retention through developing and executing strategies to engage members, including promptly handling membership concerns, resolving service issues, and offering personalized outreach to members.
- Monitor trends in member satisfaction and provide actionable insights to improve retention and overall satisfaction.
- Collaborate with gym department managers to review and respond to member surveys and feedback promptly, addressing any areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
- Ensure members feel heard and valued, maintaining an open line of communication.
- Support online reputation management by reviewing member comments on various platforms, ensuring a timely and consistent voice that reflects our values and professionalism.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to support, lead, train, and coach the front desk team, providing ongoing feedback and development to maintain best in class customer service.
- Partner with department managers and their teams to support facility operations, including cleanliness standards and safety protocols to provide the best-in-class member experience.
- Embody the Company’s core values (e.g., Take Personal Responsibility, Be Optimistic & Have Fun, Learn & Grow, Be a Team Player, Fight Hard to Win) in all daily interactions and decision- making.
- Serve as a leader who inspires the team to uphold the Company’s culture and deliver on our core purpose of creating loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or front-line leadership, preferably in the fitness, hospitality, or service industry.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with fitness management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fitness industry operations, including membership management and billing processes.
Requirements:
- Must successfully pass background check.
- Must Obtain a CPR certification within 30 days of employment. *
- Must attend EōS Ethos and Customer Service Training within 30 days of employment. *
- Ability to work in a gym setting; move about club floors and rooms; communicate with employees, members, and the public
- Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system
- Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 40 lbs.
