MedStar Medical Group Anesthesiology, one of the largest anesthesia groups in the DMV/Mid-Atlantic region, is seeking a full-time Anesthesiologist at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, one of our top-tier tertiary hospitals located in eastern Baltimore County. MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center is a 380-bed academic, community-based hospital one of the largest community teaching hospitals with busiest ED in the state of Maryland and 3rd in terms of volumes/cases across MedStar Health.

This position offers a combination of medical direction and performing solo MD/DO cases. Diverse cases include L&D, GYN, ortho, neuro (good amount), general, vascular, endoscopy, GI, pain, thoracic + robotics. We are a Robotic surgery center of excellence, and our new state-of-the-art, two-story surgical pavilion supports an array of innovations, advanced multispecialty surgical techniques, and cutting-edge medical imaging. No hearts, but we do extra heads and extra OB . Call and non-call positions available. Regional experience highly preferred. Opportunity may include cross-coverage to MedStar Harbor Hospital, located in downtown Baltimore as part of regular hours.

This position has a hiring range of $465,000 - $495,000.

  • The Frye Heart Center is an integrated Cardiology service line that consists of Interventional, Structural Heart, EP and Cardiologists

  • Call is 1:3
  • Full scope of adult cardiothoracic and cardiovascular procedures
  • Preferred Fellowship in transcatheter valve and complex aortic surgery
