Job Summary : The Clinical Staff Leader is a direct supervisory leadership role and a key member of the Nursing leadership team. The CSL leads a cohort of staff members and actively participates in overall management of the unit, development of clinical practice, and provision of patient care with accountabilities for implementation and outcomes for people leadership, quality, service, compliance, finance, throughput and scheduling. Shift

Night-Shift. The person in the role will work two 12-hour night RSL charge shifts and two 8-hour admin shifts per week for a total of 40 hours per week.

Trauma Stepdown is a 17-bed unit with a nurse to patient ratio of either 1:3 or 1:4 that specializes in the care of multi-system Trauma in adults including:

The Director, Infusion Pharmacy Services provides executive leadership and oversight for infusion pharmacy operations supporting infusion centers and service lines requiring sterile compounded products. This role is accountable for clinical quality, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and strategic growth of infusion pharmacy services across the organization. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy

  • Knowledge of the principles of quality management and experience in leading Performance Improvement teams
  • Proficient computer skills with MS Office products
  • Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Valid driver’s license

Pay Range

This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
