Non-CDL Delivery Driver

The Non-CDL Driver is a delivery position responsible for driving a company vehicle limited to a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) of 25900. The position will be assigned stops to deliver foodservice products with a high level of service to customers. One year multi-stop delivery experience required or six month local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience. Must meet the medical requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT). All functions must be completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations.

Main Ingredients of the Job

  • Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled customer delivery times
  • Carefully unload products from the trailer with a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand and place in designated customer storage areas
  • Verify accuracy of delivery with customers and obtain proper signatures
  • Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable
  • Professionally perform customer service responsibilities to enhance our client experience
  • Perform all pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspection

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively during each shift required

What You Bring to the Table

  • Register to the FMCSA Clearinghouse*
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid U.S. driver's license issued by the state of legal residence with proper endorsements if required. No more than two convictions in the past two-year period for traffic violations, no DUI convictions in the past three years, no driver's license suspensions in the past three years. Must be able to pass DOT physical.
  • No commercial or professional driving experience required. One year of multi-stop delivery experience is preferred or six months local delivery experience and/or foodservice industry experience.
  • Ability to operate manual transmission preferred; may be required in specific locations
  • Hand cart delivery experience preferred.
  • Must be able to read and communicate in the English language - able to hold a conversation, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to enter information on reports and records.
  • Must have basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide). Must pass pre-employment testing (including items such a Background Check)
  • Have knowledge of area and/or map reading abilities.
  • Use safe lifting and loading techniques
  • Great interpersonal/customer service skills.

  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed the VA’s 95% accuracy requirement

  • U.S. Citizenship required or Green Card holder.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cerner, EPIC, VistA, or other large EHR platforms.
  • Background in audit or compliance roles related to medical coding.
  • Clinical background or advanced coding specialization (e.g., Oncology, Cardiology)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management or a related field (preferred).
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment and promote professional development among team members.

What You'll Do

Clinical Support

  • Prepare patients for exams and procedures by taking vital signs, reviewing medical histories, and documenting symptoms related to vascular health.
  • Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional vascular procedures such as vein ablations, ultrasounds, and wound care.
  • Set up and maintain sterile fields and instruments for minor in-office procedures.
  • Monitor patients post-procedure and provide detailed instructions on recovery, compression therapy, and follow-up care.
  • Administer injections or medications as directed by the provider and within scope of certification.
  • Ensure examination and procedure rooms are clean, stocked, and properly equipped.

Administrative Duties

  • Schedule appointments, tests, and procedures in coordination with the clinical team.
  • Obtain insurance authorizations and assist with documentation for medical necessity when required.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Answer patient inquiries and provide support regarding treatment plans, pre-procedure preparation, and post-care instructions.
  • Support front desk operations as needed, including check-in/check-out, scanning documents, and verifying insurance information.

Qualifications

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • An active MA license in the state of Arkansas is preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program is required. A current MA certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting, vascular or cardiology experience is highly preferred.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Monday-Thursday 7:30am AM – 5:30 PM
  • 30-minute unpaid lunch
  • In-person role located in Rogers, AR
