A fast-growing consumer brand is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to own the full operational engine across production, logistics, EDI, and fulfillment.


This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you’ll operate at the center of the business—ensuring products move seamlessly from manufacturing through final delivery to key retail partners.

You’ll work directly with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where speed, accountability, and execution matter more than process for process’ sake.

What You’ll Own
  • End-to-end EDI and order flow management
  • 3PL, logistics, and fulfillment execution
  • Production coordination with overseas manufacturers
  • Retail compliance (routing, labeling, ASN accuracy)
  • Cross-functional execution across systems, vendors, and partners
  • Identifying and resolving operational issues before they impact delivery
What You Bring
  • 5–10+ years in operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Strong EDI experience (hands-on ownership)
  • 3PL and fulfillment expertise
  • Experience supporting wholesale / retail distribution environments
  • Exposure to international manufacturing and import logistics
  • A proactive, high-urgency, problem-solving mindset

The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills and a passion for storytelling across digital platforms. Familiarity with tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interest in content creation, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with visual design principles, basic graphic design tools such as Canva
  • Passion for social media is a plus
  • Comfortable using key social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

MUST be available to work onsite at our Minitab office in Chicago, IL.
