Design With Empathy. Build With Insight. Shape the Future of Science.

At BIORCE, we're designing the future of clinical trials and that starts with understanding the humans behind the data.

As Senior Product Manager, you will own a product area that reinvents one of the most manual, paper-heavy phases of a clinical trial: qualifying, preparing, and activating trial sites. You'll turn months-long, travel-intensive processes into intelligent digital workflows where every generated artefact must stand up to regulatory inspection.

One thing to know: we're building something ambitious, and this isn't a 9-to-5 job. We look for people who are energized by ownership and flexible when the mission demands it and we offer that same flexibility back.

What You'll Do:

  • End-to-End Project Ownership: Serve as the primary Product Manager for your project owning the full lifecycle from initial discovery and backlog grooming to final delivery and post-launch optimization.
  • Strategic Roadmap Orchestration: Define and execute the roadmap for your project, ensuring its goals align with Biorce's overarching mission to streamline clinical trial operations.
  • High-Level Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work across multidisciplinary teams of Engineers, Data Scientists, and Clinical experts; manage upstream and downstream handoffs with adjacent product teams so the full workflow chain ships coherently.
  • Workflow & Compliance Design: Translate complex, multi-party operational processes qualification, training, documentation, activation into products that are auditable and inspection-ready by design.
  • Advanced Stakeholder Management: Act as the strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Clinical Research; synthesize complex technical updates into clear, actionable progress reports for executive leadership.
  • User-Centric AI Innovation: Deep-dive into clinical trial workflows to identify how AI can solve "unsolvable" problems; transform qualitative feedback into robust, scalable product requirements.

  • Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of data-driven decision-making
  • Experience building workflow or process-automation products for complex, multi-stakeholder operations ideally where output documents carry legal or regulatory weight
  • Strong instinct for managing expectations precisely: knowing what a product does and doesn't do, and communicating that clearly to enterprise customers
  • Familiarity with clinical operations (site management, monitoring, trial documentation) or GxP/quality-driven environments is a strong plus
  • Experience designing products whose value depends on well-orchestrated handoffs between teams and systems

5) People-Related Projects, Change Support & Measurement

Participate in people-related projects and change management initiatives where training, communication, stakeholder readiness, or reinforcement support is needed.

Partner with the Global Training Manager to define and track training effectiveness metrics, including participation, learner feedback, knowledge gain, on-the-job application, and business impact where feasible.
