Central Garden & Pet is seeking a Business Development Manager, Pet eCommerce to drive profitable growth across assigned eCommerce accounts: Chewy and/or Amazon. This role owns the day-to-day commercial relationship for its assigned account(s) and is accountable for sales plan attainment, promotional strategy, forecasting, and on-site visibility across an assigned portfolio of Pet Consumer brands.

The Business Development Manager builds and executes customer business plans, develops aggressive go-to-market and promotional strategies, and partners closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and BU eCommerce teams. What You Will Do:

  • Develop and execute annual customer business plans that deliver sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
  • Own the day-to-day commercial relationship for assigned eCommerce customer(s), including Amazon and/or Chewy.
  • Balance strategic account management with day-to-day tactical execution by managing customer requests, resolving operational issues, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring timely execution of business initiatives.
