The Account Manager II, Thermal is responsible for developing and expanding the overall relationship within assigned Mechanical Contractors, Consultants, and End Users for Vertiv thermal product opportunities. The Account Manager II works closely with AC Power, Channel, and Service Sales Reps within the territory to further develop Vertiv's overall relationship with these accounts. Through regular customer visits the Account Manager II establishes and strengthens key relationships with current and potential clients and develops/delivers presentation materials to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions. This position will contribute to the overall sales for the assigned Vertiv Factory Direct office. This role will specialize in Thermal accounts covering local contractors, engineers, and owners that utilize critical equipment in Data Center applications. The Account Manager II works independently, is creative, and a critical thinker. The Account Manager II is required to meet customer demands for innovative solutions to their data center service requirement by analyzing documentation and sales reports that offer the most competitive plan to meet the customer's needs while meeting and exceeding sales quotas and business objectives. This requires travel across the territory to build relationships and visit sites to propose solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains a sales plan and pursuit strategy for each existing account and finds new opportunities and new clients, respectively.
  • Develops new, and strengthens existing, relationships as a trusted advisor with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Negotiates Vertiv product opportunities while also bringing in other team members to find and secure cross-selling opportunities.
  • Manages the order to meet all customer and consultant requirements to maximize profitability to the office and company.
  • Supports new company initiatives to help the company succeed.
  • Achieves progressively increasing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and orders quotas while actively managing an expanding pipeline of opportunities.
  • Trains and mentors less experienced team members

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Proven successful experience in large account sales and account management in a similar industry.
  • Understanding of electrical contractors, consultants, and end users for Data Center applications.
  • Knowledge of critical support equipment operations for both thermal and power products.
  • Brings customer-first mindset in external and internal collaborations.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in actively managing and expanding orders pipeline, utilizing accepted CRM tools and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and ability to manage multiple priorities is required along with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

  • Business to business outside sales experience.
  • Ability to interpret and understand electrical one-line diagrams and perform take-offs.

About the floating assistant maintenance supervisor position:

We're looking for a talented assistant maintenance supervisor who will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance operations and physical upkeep of the assigned property, and for ensuring that the property is compliant with Avenue5 policies and standards, in addition to all local, state and federal regulations. Sierra Donor Services - New Mexico (SDS) is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic team member to join us to save lives!! Our mission at SDS is to save lives through organ donation and we want professionals on our team that will embrace this important work!! Specifically, people with expertise in communicating in difficult situations and building relationships with patients and their families similar to counseling or patient relations. This position, Family Care Coordinator, will work with organ donor families, hospital personnel, physicians, and other team members from NMDS to work through the donation process for saving lives through organ and tissue donation. Primary work environment is in the hospital setting in Albuquerque and throughout New Mexico hospitals. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats are a must.

Family Care Coordinators (FCCs) support and educate the potential donor's next-of-kin regarding donation options. FCCs determine family dynamics and assess the family's understanding of the patient's prognosis to aid in the donation process. They work alongside other clinical team members and hospital staff to be both an advocate for donation and a resource to the donor's family.

New Mexico Donor Services is the designated organ procurement organization (OPO) for the state of New Mexico and is a member of the DCI Donor Services family.

For over four decades, DCI Donor Services has been a leader in working to end the transplant waiting list. Our unique approach to service allows for nationwide donation, transplantation, and distribution of organs and tissues while maintaining close ties to our local communities.

Maintains communication with hospital staff and attending physician regarding the potential donor family's understanding of the prognosis and acts as a family advocate to the health care team as necessary.
  • Provides education to hospital staff regarding authorization, family care process and donation process.

The Family Care Coordinator will work between 12 15 days per month and be on call for periods of up to 24 hours.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree

About the Position

The Group Exercise Instructor is responsible for providing state of the art group exercise instruction that contributes to each member health and fitness goals. To develop and instruct fun, energetic, and highly motivational exercise classes for all fitness and skill levels. This position is a part of our Group Exercise Department reporting to the Group Exercise Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains a quality class by arriving 10 minutes prior to the start of class, having music ready and cued, programming prepared, start and end class on time.
  • Maintains accurate records of class attendance. Meets attendance goal set by Group Exercise Team Leader. .
  • Effectively learns new releases, programming and follows MVP Sports Clubs guidelines for MOSSA program shelf life. Works with Group Exercise Manager on modifying any non-MOSSA programs.
  • Ensures that the group exercise areas are clean and safe at all times. Oversees the preventive maintenance and proper usage and storage of all equipment.
  • Communicates with Group Exercise Manager regarding all equipment, recommending replacement equipment for lost or damaged items.
  • Ensures the orientation of each new member by educating them on execution, programming, appropriate options and equipment.
  • Resolves any member issues through effective customer service skills and referral to the appropriate authority. Enforces club rules and guidelines, taking appropriate action where indicated and reporting any problems to the Group Exercise Manager.
  • Respond in emergency situations, notifying the appropriate authority.
  • Participates in department events promoting the club and group fitness.
  • Personally maintains a working knowledge of basic theoretical concepts and keeps current with research and trends in the field. Maintains certifications and membership in professional organizations. MOSSA certified instructors watch quarterly education.
  • Encouraged to substitute when and where necessary, bearing in mind the maximum amount of classes allowed to be taught per week is 10.
  • Responsible to obtain substitutes for classes and relay information to Group Exercise Manager.
  • Instructs, as defined by MVP Sports Clubs, each group exercise class format as listed in the operating guidelines.
  • Able to authentically move and execute the fitness element being trained, including moving in time to music and safely demonstrating movements.
  • Ensure participant experience during class through original scripting, variety in coaching and a positive encouraging demeanor that facilitates participant success.
  • Adheres to additional responsibilities and policies, adapting to changes and needs of the company.
  • Attend and participate in regular MVP Sports Clubs training sessions as directed by supervisor.
  • Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance, by wearing the MVP Sports Clubs uniform (see uniform matrix) and name badge.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Current certifications through ACE, ACSM, AFAA or NSCA or any unique certifications pertaining to a specialized group exercise class and/or format preferred.
  • 200 hour RYT Yoga Instructor Certification acknowledged by Yoga Alliance.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience teaching various or specific group exercise programs preferred.
  • CPR/First Aid Training. In the event a team member is hired without CPR or First certifications, they will be required to attend MVP Sports Clubs in-house training to obtain this.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Must have physical ability to instruct appropriate classes; for specific class requirements as outlined by industry standards of certifications and or training including but not limited to, yoga, kickboxing, cycling, weight training, aquatics, etc. These physical requirements include but are not limited to, bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 50 lbs, rhythmic limbering, held isometric poses, kicks, punches, stretching, choreographed movement and calisthenics, etc.
