  • Collaborate with program leads, site supervisors, and local partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Assist with logistical coordination and ensure applicants are informed of next steps.
  • Identify and escalate any concerns or complex cases to program leadership for resolution.
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy while working in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services, human services, emergency management, or a related field is required. Prior experience in case management, disaster response, or housing programs is required.

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Must be able to work independently while contributing to a team-based environment.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
