Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Duties may include setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, operable walls, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings, and equipment.
  • Perform various duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met. These include but are not limited to loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies.
  • Assist with pre/post event cleaning and janitorial tasks including, but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, vacuuming, spot cleaning, washing, stripping, carpet cleaning, window washing and waxing.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting and patching.
  • Report irregularities, discrepancies, damage, and loss of property and safety concerns promptly to supervisor.
  • Ability to use machines, supplies and equipment to clean the facility.

The Ohio State University College of Medicine and the Wexner Medical Center seek a Dermatologist to join the Department of Dermatology. Academic rank and track commensurate with academic record and experience.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be a board certified/board eligible Dermatologist with demonstrated clinical and/or scholarly achievement, a commitment to excellence, interest in teaching resident and students, and dedicated to advancing research and innovation. They will contribute to the Department's vision while upholding the organization's mission and values.   • Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance: All associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety. Associates are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility. Associates must also maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area, and assist in security of the warehouse. Associates will comply with all Standard Operating Procedures, corporate and site-specific policies, safety rules, and OSHA/MSDS Standards.
  • Equipment Operation: In performing assigned duties, the equipment used can include but is not limited to: sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, sweeper scrubber, scissor lift, cherry picker, Aisle Master or pallet jack. Associates are responsible for the upkeep of equipment and reporting of equipment problems. On a daily basis, associates will inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment. Associates will operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods. Associates must maintain an active forklift certification.

ROLE SUMMARY


The Territory Manager leads sales efforts within an assigned geographic region, focusing on new account development, relationship management, and revenue growth. This role builds strong partnerships with healthcare providers, supports patient care initiatives, and collaborates cross-functionally to ensure timely order execution and service excellence. The Territory Manager may also mentor and support Associate Sales Representatives depending on territory structure. This is a full-time position requiring regular travel within the assigned territory.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Develop new business and expand existing accounts within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, medical facilities, and healthcare providers
• Educate referral sources on product offerings, insurance coverage, and order processes
• Track and drive sales performance against established goals and targets
• Coordinate territory planning, scheduling, and workflow organization
• Collaborate with internal reimbursement, operations, and support teams to ensure smooth order approval and completion
• Oversee patient equipment trials, home deliveries, and education as needed
• Attend trade shows, industry events, and provider meetings within the territory
• Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date within company systems
• Support and participate in company culture and engagement initiatives
• Uphold company Mission, Vision, and Values in all responsibilities
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active insurance required
• Ability to drive extensively and travel throughout the assigned territory
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds as needed
• Strong verbal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines
• Healthcare sales, DME, or insurance experience preferred
• Proficient computer skills and practical knowledge of office software and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
• Strong visual, hearing, and speaking abilities for reading documents, participating in meetings, and phone communication


SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS

• May include management and mentorship of Associate Sales Representatives or other field-based team members depending on territory structure
