Job Summary

The Nursing Assistant (NA) serves as caregiver to the resident during the scheduled work period in long term care. Provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned resident under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN). Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, while creating a positive dining experience for the resident. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate.

The NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures, if needed. Documents resident interactions as needed and the outcomes related to resident care, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates resident's changing condition and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.

Qualifications

High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Minimum age of 16. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.

Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.

When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.

Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor

vehicle report and proof of valid driver’s license. Also must be medically qualified to perform the essential driving functions of

this position as per our Sanford Driving Policy per the leaders request.

Directs responding ambulance crews to the appropriate area of the ED for patient transfer. *Maintains positive communications and collaboration with EMS service line, as well as other internal and external stakeholders. *Performs other functions as directed.

Qualifications:

HS/GED Previous EMS Dispatch experience preferred. 2 years ED patient care experience including triage experience preferred. National EMT License preferred. Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions is required. 2-5 years of experience as a paramedic preferred For Paramedics in the ED setting: Performs care to ED patients as identified in the Paramedic Scope of Practice policy.

  • Must have current ACLS and BLS through AHA, ASHI, or Red Cross
  • Must be up to date with FEMA 100, 200, 700 courses
  • Must obtain medical examiner certification/DOT certification as part of on-boarding.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional dining experience. This role is responsible for ensuring high service standards, developing team members, and maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and profitable restaurant environment. Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience

  • Champion a culture of outstanding guest service and hospitality
  • Address customer feedback and resolve concerns quickly and professionally
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality dining experience for all guests
  • Monitor service flow and step in to support during peak hours

Team Leadership & Development

  • Hire, train, and mentor front- and back-of-house staff
  • Set clear expectations for service standards and performance
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment

Operations Management

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Manage scheduling to ensure proper staffing levels
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards

Financial Performance

  • Monitor and manage labor and food costs
  • Analyze sales, customer trends, and performance metrics
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and customer retention
  • Handle cash management and reporting responsibilities

Quality Control

  • Ensure food and beverage quality meets company standards
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain consistency and efficiency
  • Conduct regular checks on service, food presentation, and cleanliness

Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, POS systems, and health regulations
