Job DescriptionCD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Lead Producer to join our team working on Cyberpunk 2, the next mainline Cyberpunk 2077 game. You’ll spearhead our production teams and elevate our game development environment to new heights. In this role you will be at the forefront of our creative endeavors, guiding our developers to deliver top-tier content and fostering an innovative, collaborative, and high-performing production culture. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Executive Producer to lead the development and growth of our production team.
- Cooperate with our leadership and cross-functional development teams, ensuring alignment with our vision and goals.
- Form and nurture cohesive, high-performing teams that are empowered to self-organize and achieve outstanding results.
- Oversee and enhance production processes, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, roadmaps, and requirements gathering, ensuring optimal efficiency.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and queues, fostering incremental delivery with frequent integration.
- Ensure that vision and goals are clearly defined, transparent, and understood at all levels of the organization.
- Advocate for actionable and beneficial improvements, challenging the status quo with bravery and innovation.
- Visualize, prioritize, and systematically remove waste and impediments, encouraging teams to own and solve their own challenges.
- Lead the growth of our teams in both size and quality through dedicated coaching and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- At least 10+ years of experience as a Producer in game development, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and managing producers.
- Experience in the development and shipping of AAA titles, showcasing the ability to manage large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate across teams involved in the game development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams, preferably in an Agile environment, with a focus on team empowerment and self-organization.
- Experience building and growing teams
- Deep understanding of the technical limitations and pipelines in the game development process, along with knowledge of technical engineering best practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and DevOps.
- Deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence tools, enabling efficient project management and collaboration.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Proficiency in using project management tools to streamline production processes.

We’re searching for a Senior Staff TLM Electrical Engineering, Lidar - HPE.
In this role, you will
- Lead an exceptional team of electrical engineers responsible for the development of electronics for Aurora’s internal LiDAR development program.
- Collaborate with numerous internal and external teams gathering requirements, defining HW architecture, modeling, and delivering LiDAR electronics that achieve performance and product metrics.
- Guide and manage the team to build, integrate, test, and debug LiDAR electronics on the bench and in systems; leverage software tools and advanced test equipment (e.g. oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers).
- Mature processes for electrical engineering product development that adhere to safety, execution, and quality requirements.
- Partner with mechanical, operations, and validation teams to mature high-quality electrical designs to manufacturing; including supporting test infrastructure development to meet product coverage and yield targets.
- Leverage deep expertise in product development (define/build/test), and have extensive prior experience launching products.
- Partner closely with program management to manage project deliverables.
- Partner closely with supply chain and new product introduction to identify and qualify suppliers, parts, and processes.
- Plan and promote a forward-looking outlook to hire and develop the team to meet future product roadmap.
Required Qualifications
- This role requires a bachelor's or master's degree with a focus in electrical or computer engineering.
- 10+ years experience in industry developing complex electrical hardware.
- 4+ years direct personnel leadership of electrical engineering teams including hiring, establishing best practices, managing performance, and growth.
- Expertise in system architecture, signal and power integrity design and analysis, high-speed signaling, grounding, analog electronics.
- High proficiency and ability to analyze systems for balancing electro-mechanical and EMI/EMC constraints.
- Extensive experience with hardware productization: system, board, and chip level implementation.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals supported by the use of CAD tools to capture schematic designs, manage PCB layout, leverage Power/Signal simulation/emulation input.
- Expertise with lab instruments (Oscilloscopes, Analyzers, DMMs, Power Supplies, and E-loads).
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with LiDAR and photonics principles.
- Knowledge of automotive requirements, safety framework (ISO26262), and qualification processes.
- Experience with both rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing.
- Programming and Scripting (C++, Python or equivalent) experience.
- FPGA/ASIC Design experience.
The base salary range for this position is $197,000-$315,000 per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
