About the Role:
As a Programmer Analyst, you will:

  • Collaborate with a skilled team of 10 Programmer Analysts and 2 DBAs to design, develop, and implement robust software solutions.

  • Specialize in one of two key areas: Corporate Services Technology—supporting essential business systems such as financial applications, ERP, and customer portals—or Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Automated Metering Infrastructure (AMI)/Outage Management Systems (OMS), enhancing operational efficiency, monitoring, and service reliability.

  • Write, test, and maintain code using technologies such as .NET, SQL, Python, and REST API.

  • Develop data models, perform systems analysis, and support integration across various platforms.

  • Work within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality software efficiently and effectively.

Key Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who have:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 5+ years of programming analyst experience (or 10 years of relevant experience without a degree).

  • Solid proficiency with .NET and SQL, with additional experience in Python and REST API development highly desirable.
