We are currently seeking a Senior Associate, Production Scheduler to join our team in Culpeper, Virginia. You will be a part of our Scheduling and Material Planning team which networks across all departments and plays a key role from proposal to product delivery. We are looking for a highly analytical, self-motivated, and organized individual. A successful candidate for this position will have a strong background in MRP/ERP (SAP, Oracle). A good understanding loading a Master Production Schedule that supports contractual/sales/program needs. Is able to determine bottlenecks, constraints, and resource issues through the use of ERP and other capacity analysis tools. Is familiar with BOM structure in a production and new product introduction environment.

Essential Functions

  • Manages Demand (DTS / MPS / OID) in accordance with Master Scheduling standard work.
  • Manages and provides dispatch reports to operations areas (Manufacturing, Quality, and Assembly floor).
  • Performs comprehensive schedule assessments and identifies schedule risk at the operation level.
  • Responsible for MRP output for their respective programs.
  • Works with Operations Integrators, and Operations Managers or Supervisors on work orders that are past due and adjusts them accordingly.
  • Works with Production Scheduling, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure the ERP system is in alignment with production build plans.

The Cardiac Echo technician will perform pediatric echocardiograms using proper technique when scanning and obtaining echocardiographic measurements for review and interpretation by the physician.

Job Duties

  • Performs echocardiography with knowledge regarding scanning Infants, Children, and Young adults in unrepaired and repaired congenital heart disease
  • Pediatric echocardiograms: Performs 2-D M-mode, color Doppler, pulsed wave Doppler, and continuous wave Doppler. This includes all measurements as needed for a complete study to include parasternal long axis, parasternal short axis, apical 4-chamber, apical long axis, and apical 2-chamber, and subcostal 4-chamber view, subcostal short axis, subcostal RV outflow, abdominal aorta, the suprasternal long axis of the aortic arch, and RV outflow to evaluate the MPA and branch PAs.
  • Effectively communicates and explains the procedure to the patient without discussing the clinical findings of the exam. Validates the patient and/or family's understanding of the procedure.
  • Able to work with infants and children and families to ease anxiety surrounding the procedure
  • Ensures proper equipment operation during patient exams. Demonstrates proficiency in basic troubleshooting, equipment cleaning, storage, and preventative maintenance.
  • Ensures quality, efficiency, and safety in the performance of all patient procedures.
  • Applies critical thinking skills to assess the patient condition to provide any additional views that will assist the cardiologist in the care/treatment of the patient.
  • Maintains all patient reports in accordance with the practice. This includes but is not limited to the following: pulling all previous reports/images; presenting images to the correct reading physician; notifying reading physicians of requests.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education: Associate's Degree from an accredited ultrasound program or equivalent (Required)
Additional Licenses and Certifications: American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or Cardiovascular Credentialing

ACLS and BLS Certified are preferred

Experience:
  • One (1) Year Pediatric Echocardiograms (preferred)
