  • Packages cakes by placing in box.
  • Labels bakery items by inputting data into DiGi machine for scanning, placing a label on container, etc.
  • Displays products on shelves by placing them in an appealing manner and using FIFO for rotation.
  • Takes orders by phone and in person from customers. Special orders by following orders from customers; using an air brush machine, tubes, tips, etc.
  • Personalizes cakes by writing the desired words of the customer.
  • Faces merchandise.
  • Maintains an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer awareness with an emphasis on providing fast, friendly customer service.
  • Engages in suggestive selling and other sales techniques in person, over the telephone and over the in-store intercom.
  • Displays goods by following packaging/handling procedures. Follows company guidelines for setting up and maintaining stock, cleanliness and appeal of product show cases, display tables, and special displays; proper signing procedures, etc.
  • Assists customers with inquiries (i.e., special orders for cakes and other bakery items) by knowing current pricing, ingredients, availability of product, advertised merchandise, etc.
  • Ensures quality of goods by following code dating procedures and legal regulations or labeling and packaging for all in-store bakery products.
  • Ensures quantity of goods is available by keeping manager informed of stock levels, accurately filling out inventory and production sheets as scheduled.
  • Produce breads/rolls by mixing recipes. Setting up racks and pans, setting up machines, operating machines, lifting product, measuring ingredients, operating oven, proof box. Pushing and pulling racks.
  • Clean work area using pressure hose, floor brush, squeegee, wiping off all work tables, scales utensils.
  • Produce croissants. Folding by hand, proofing and baking.
  • Opens and closes bakery according to company procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or needed.

Requirements:

Ability to:

  • Work varied shifts in a 24/7 operation; including night, weekends and holidays.
  • Pushing and pulling approximately 100 lb. of product at a time on rack.
  • Lift objects (i.e., mix) of various dimensions chest high up to 50 lbs.
  • Conduct visual inspections, read and follow production guides, recipes and product labels, log production quantities, temperature readings, etc. on proper forms.
  • Catch breads, put product onto trays for baking, operate kitchen utensils and equipment with manual dexterity and hand /eye coordination.
  • Maintain composure in dealing with customers and co-workers.
  • Reach overhead to place product on racks.

  • Perform basic math (add, subtract, divide and multiple) and compute weights and measures.
  • Perform duties with mental alertness involving potential hazards with respect to baking procedures, equipment, and work aides.
  • Respond to audible timers on baking equipment.
  • Perform around equipment and product emitting heat (approximately 465 degrees).
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures and department policies. Use cleaning chemicals and handle related food products.
  • Perform primary duties with efficiency and accuracy. Effectively manage time to ensure that deadlines are met. Prioritize and perform a variety of simultaneous tasks (multi-tasking).
  • Wear hats, hairnets, gloves, and other personal protective equipment as required.
  • Check labels and packaging of all manufactured products.
  • Communicate (hearing & speech) effectively with customers to receive orders and perform customer relation skills.
  • Communicate in writing to others and read and follow instructions.
  • Work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Operate kitchen utensils and equipment with manual dexterity, speed, accuracy and hand/eye coordination.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of product content and perishability, safety and sanitation procedures and department policies and government regulations.

Position Summary

Job Opening

Overall responsibility of processing project inquiries, applications and agreements and identifying interconnection issues for the Net Metering program. The position must work with solar, wind, small hydro and other renewable resource providers and Customers to plan and schedule Net Metering and Small Power projects and to track their progress to completion. Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and track Net Metering questions and issues arising from interconnections at each renewable resource site.
  • Maintain database of issues and resolutions. Lead meetings to discuss current Net Metering status of individual Sites.
  • Work with solar and other renewable providers and Customers to plan and schedule interconnection scoping meetings and project review meetings.
  • For each new interconnection request: prepare responses following published rules and regulations for timeliness, due dates and required agreements.
  • Coordinate/facilitate meetings with appropriate parties. Work with project managers to develop project requirements and schedules and coordinate reviews by other departments, then develop work orders and other required forms to complete necessary projects.
  • Clearly communicate operating/performance standards and procedures, handle disputes and billing discrepancies with customers, strategic partners, internal departments, consultants, and contractors.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma. Bachelor's degree in business or another related field preferred. Typically, 2 or more years of utility experience with 1 year of experience in a technical field, such as, energy efficiency, metering, facility operations, or other energy related field.
  • Basic knowledge of business contracts or tariffs and good analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.

What You Will Do

  • Sort laundry by color, fabric, and level of "what happened here?" to ensure proper cleaning.
  • Operate commercial washers, dryers, and pressing equipment like a laundry ninja.
  • Fold, press, and organize linen so perfectly guests think magic elves did it.
  • Maintain laundry carts and closets with the right supplies-neatly and efficiently.
  • Support general housekeeping by keeping public areas tidy and jumping in where needed.

What We Are Looking For

  • Laundry or cleaning experience preferred - You know bleach from fabric softener and aren't afraid of a mountain of towels.
  • High school diploma or equivalent - A solid foundation for growing your hospitality career.

Position Summary

The position of VP Finance is established to manage all aspects, duties and responsibilities of the management financial analysis functions and maintain quality service standards set by the organization. This includes the effective management of the following areas:

  • Leadership, coaching and development of Financial Analysis Team

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills)

  • BS Degree with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • CFA, CPA or MBA is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in financial management/accounting and demonstrated track record of success in all areas of responsibility.
  • Advanced level spreadsheet, database, word processing and presentation software skills required.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, general ledger usage, and database management are required.
  • Demonstrated success in planning, organizing, leading and oversight of people and activities.
  • Professional and effective interaction, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization skills sufficient to successfully manage multiple projects, establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Track record of applying critical thinking and emotional intelligence skills in a wide variety of situations.

Key Relationships

Work closely with Senior Management Team and other departments on a continual basis, gain a solid understanding of their business models and practices, and possess an ability to provide financial analysis and recommendations to the team as requested and on a proactive basis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Management and Leadership:

  • Responsible for the planning, direction and development of all staff members.
  • Responsible for the employment, coaching, training, motivation, evaluation and discipline of all staff members.
  • Provide managerial oversight of the activities for areas of responsibility, including assigned staff and functional deliverables of the team.
  • Demonstrate leadership in words and actions on a daily basis; act as role model for success and engagement. Create a positive work environment conducive to trust and transparency.
  • Responsible for the performance management of staff, to include daily feedback, coaching and mentoring; administration of appraisals that are timely and meaningful. Identify and address deficiencies constructively. Continually support, encourage and motivate team members toward ongoing growth and development.
  • Consult with Human Resources (HR) on issues outside of the normal scope of performance or behavior. Report all issues of safety or legal consequence immediately and surface undesirable patterns as they are discovered. Partner with HR on all employment decisions, and refer requests for changes in terms or scheduling to the HR department.
  • Monitor approved schedules, review and approve timesheets of staff, and ensure all expenses are reported as per company policy. Schedule and provide staff the opportunity for meal and rest breaks, while ensuring operational coverage is maintained.

Annual Budget and Financial Forecasting:

  • Lead, develop and administer all aspects of the preparation of the annual budgeting process.
  • Provide financial support, analysis, and counsel to departments throughout the budget cycle. Work closely with key management team members to prepare and develop financial forecast and risk analyses as needed for the senior management.
  • Prepare and develop appropriate input methods and materials that will allow the accurate collection, consolidation and maintenance of budget data. This includes input for all balance sheet and income statement items.
  • Develop and maintain timely integration between the budget consolidation and ALM related models.
  • Work closely with the CFO and SVP Finance to assimilate and develop economic and industry information for integration into the budgeting/forecasting process.
  • Prepare appropriate senior management and Board of Directors review materials for the annual budget.

Financial Analysis:

  • Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting of pertinent and relevant financial analyses projects that will enhance the senior management team’s understanding of financial performance.
  • Oversee the development and preparation of all ALCO and Pricing Committee materials.
  • Analyze the profitability of selected products and organizational units, as well as major credit union capital expenditures. Establish policies for these analyses processes.
  • Analyze and communicate all credit union peer group related data and information.

Audit Support:

  • Act as key liaison for annual financial statement audit, NCUA exam, internal audits, and model validations
  • In collaboration with the CFO and SVP Finance, work directly with auditors, as needed, to address inquiries in a timely manner

Current Expected Credit Loss (CECL)

  • Manage the CECL model, including calculation, review, and analysis of monthly results
  • Prepare monthly CECL Committee meeting materials, including calculation results, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, and ongoing model enhancements
  • Process “what-if” scenarios in CECL software to demonstrate to management alternative outcomes with differing assumptions

Financial Database Management:

  • Design and develop financial reports utilizing the organization’s SQL databases to provide timely Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to management.
  • Maintain the integrity and accuracy of all financial data used for management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, ALM simulation and cost accounting.

Organizational and Product Profitability Analysis:

  • Responsible for the development, maintenance and administration of organizational and product profitability for the credit union.
  • Ensure the control and integrity of the profitability models
  • Develop product profitability policies in conjunction with senior management and other pertinent staff members.
  • Provide key insights to other departments regarding product profitability and work closely with them to develop and recommend optimal solutions.

Special Projects:

  • Working closely with other key team members, actively lead and/or participate in numerous project teams.
