Provider Support

  • Ensure that the clinical provider in the assigned building is able to focus on taking care of their patients for the day
  • Ensure that each patient is seen as medically necessary per clinical protocol.

Facility Support

  • When scheduling is an expectation for your role: Share patient schedules with key facility staff as needed.
  • Assist with any triage needs as directed by assigned provider (whether they are in or out of the building that day)
  • Assist with triage documentation as needed.
  • Ensure that all needed paperwork is routed for the facility to Eventus providers, office, or families.
  • Assist with consents for any services needed.
  • Attend stand up meetings to report any needed information from the facility to Eventus providers and vice versa if allowed by facility.
  • Assist with discharge planning of clinical services as needed.
  • Ensuring check in and out each day with facility staff regarding patients seen, status, etc.

Patient Support

  • Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
  • Document appropriate encounter and time for CCM and BHI services
  • Check all forms of communication several times daily to ensure patient needs are met.
  • Inform patient and family of recent visits, new orders and defer to provider when needed
  • Communicate transitions of care to CCM team to enhance patient care and education.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Medical Assistants are expected to be knowledgeable and adhere to Eventus WholeHealth standards, policies and procedures and outlined in employee handbook including HIPAA rules and regulations.
  • Medical Assistants should adhere to the Eventus WholeHealth dress code policy i.e. clean, wrinkle-free, matching scrubs with appropriate, closed-toed footwear and name badge.

At GCM, our Clinic Support works closely with physicians in a primary-care setting to provide high-touch, personalized patient care. An HVAC Service Technician is a pivotal force within the HVAC team, playing a crucial role in the success of our business. By exerting effort and optimizing the commission structure, you have the potential to secure one of the top 5 most lucrative roles in the company. Reporting directly to the HVAC Service Manager, you will collaborate with other HVAC Service Techs and HVAC Installers, actively participating in leading and training HVAC Apprentices. At SALT, we do not hire HVAC staff seasonally; rather, we carefully select experts whom we envision as future leaders and managers at SALT, capable of growing with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide expert maintenance of customer's HVAC system(s).
  • Provide customers with Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) options to solve air quality issues in their home.
  • Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting of customer systems to solve customer complaints.
  • Explain the installed system to the client, ensuring their complete understanding of how their system operates.
  • Prioritize safety on the job and while driving, ensuring the assistant installer follows safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a minimum production level as determined by management and the annual plan.
  • Complete repairs and maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
  • Keep company trucks neat and clean, recognizing them as valuable billboards for the company.
  • Train service/maintenance assistants for maximum efficiency, fostering independence in their work.
  • Fill out service notes, summary of findings, and customer paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Adhere to the company Code of Ethics and Team Rules.
  • Perform tasks involving climbing ladders, heavy lifting (50-75 pounds), ladder work, and tight space work.
  • Operate handheld power tools and wear personal protective equipment.
  • Be willing to work beyond a 40-hour workweek, up to 12 hours per day, if required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-3 years of HVAC service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • EPA Type II or Universal certification is required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work both indoors and outdoors.
  • Exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures.
  • Proximity to hazardous conditions, equipment, and situations.
  • Work with sharp tools and electricity, with potential for cuts or burns.
  • Wear safety attire, including goggles or other protective clothing.
  • Exposure to uncomfortable and distracting noise levels.
  • Exposure to very bright or inadequate lighting conditions.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work from roofs and scaffolding.
  • Work around exposed contaminants.
  • Ability to work in cramped workplaces, such as crawl spaces under floors.

SCHEDULE:

  • Availability to work Monday- Friday anywhere between 7:00AM-3:30pm (or until daily task are complete)

  • Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $160,000 based on experience and knowledge.

CONTRACTOR POSITION - 3 Hrs Per Month

Stio is looking for a part-time Fit Model contractor to assist Stio’s Product Development Team at an average of 3 hours per month. Fit Models support the evaluation of fit, function, and comfort of every style we make. Fit Models are ideally outdoor enthusiasts and use Stio or similar products to provide feedback to our Developers. Fit Models must be located in Jackson Hole, WY, Boulder or Denver, CO to work directly with the Stio PD team. Applicants must meet the below standard measurements to apply and be considered.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Fit models are required to meet and maintain our standard measurements below.

Men’s Measurements:

  • Chest: 39” - 41”
  • Waist: 32.5” - 34.5”
  • Hip: 38.5” - 40.5”
  • Inseam: 32”
  • Height: 5’9 - 6’1

Women’s Measurements:

  • Chest: 36” - 38”
  • Waist: 29.5” - 31.5”
  • Hip: 39” - 41”
  • Inseam: 30.5”
  • Height: 5’6 – 5’8

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Participation or an interest in activities that Stio produces product for: ski/snowboard, hiking, biking, camping, fishing etc., is preferred
  • Previous Fit Modeling experience preferred
  • Positive and clear communicator
