What You'll Do

  • Serve as the executive owner of the growth, health, and strategic direction of Stacker's publisher ecosystem

Purpose: The Manager, Store Systems is responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of solutions and projects from conception through deployment in support of customer facing systems and strategies. Please not that this is NOT an apprentice, helper, maintenance, drain cleaning, or entry-level plumbing position.


To be successful in this role, you should already have experience:

  • Leading residential HVAC installation projects
  • Installing complete furnace, air conditioner, and heat pump systems
  • Reading installation layouts and equipment specifications
  • Fabricating and modifying ductwork when necessary
  • Training or directing an install helper
  • Completing installations that meet manufacturer specifications and local code


The Position:

As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you'll perform high-quality plumbing installations in occupied homes and remodel projects. You'll be responsible for completing installations safely, efficiently, and according to plumbing code while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires technical skill, attention to detail, and professionalism.


Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years working exclusively in residential plumbing installation
  • Experience installing residential water, drain, and gas piping
  • Experience completing plumbing remodels, repipes, and water heater installations
  • Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and codes


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ohio Journeyman Plumber License (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with tankless water heaters
  • Experience with water filtration and conditioning systems
  • ServiceTitan experience
