Schedule:

Tuesday-Friday 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM or1:00 PM to 11:30 PM

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, rebuild, replace, and complete all required repairs on diesel equipment (i.e., tractors, trailers, bobtails, reefers, lift gates, etc.).

  • Perform preventative maintenance within DOT standards.

  • Mentor other maintenance shop personnel.

  • Receive road calls, assign third party vendor, and work with business partners to triage appropriate plan of action including equipment swaps etc.

  • Utilize fleet maintenance software system tablet to fully document equipment repair and parts used.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with workplace safety rules and regulations and government guidelines.

  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

RELATIONSHIPS

  • Internal: All Fleet Technicians, Drivers, Coordinators and Manager

  • External: Dealer Service Managers

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods maintenance facility.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must have 5 years of verifiable hands-on experience as a heavy-duty commercial diesel mechanic.

  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting ability using fleet maintenance software.

  • Successfully demonstrated independent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Must furnish own personal hand tools.

  • Ability to comply with EPA and OSHA regulations pertaining to the shop and fleet.

  • Ability to read and understand technical and service manuals.

  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate with co-workers and drivers with demonstrated teamwork skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewals Manager, preferably within B2B SaaS.
  • A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding retention and expansion quotas (e.g., Gross Renewal Rate, Net Revenue Retention).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder renewal cycles.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate the value of complex technical products. Familiarity with the modern AI/LLM stack is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and convey value to diverse audiences, from technical users to executive decision-makers.

The Building People, LLC seeks a Senior Logistics Specialist to serve as a liaison between the customer, supplier, and the government's Property and Logistics Division (PLD) to meet and support local logistics needs. Reporting Relationship: Supervisor, System Migration

Shift: Tuesday through Friday or Saturday through Tuesday at 3:00 pm - 2:00 am CST. This role is primarily performed remotely, though Kansas City Metro employees may have on-campus requirements according to business need. Generally, all positions may be performed on-campus. Regular, punctual, and predictable attendance is an essential function of every job at ScriptPro.

Scope of the Role:

  • Follow remote installation/upgrade procedures for scheduled projects
  • Communicate and work with onsite ScriptPro or Customer Technicians and other internal resources to complete scheduled projects
  • Complete and/or assist onsite technicians (ScriptPro, Contract, or Customer) with system and component testing for custom and standard functionality prior to project completion
  • Assist onsite and/or internal resources with system troubleshooting, if necessary
  • Prepare for scheduled projects by reviewing installation/upgrade procedures and project timelines, attending scope meetings, and/or verifying system readiness prior to the project
  • Communicate project status, relevant or requested project information, and project completion notification to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain knowledge and readiness for upcoming projects, scheduled or unscheduled
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary procedure updates
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or up to 3 years equivalent work experience in Business or Information Technology
  • Experience with deploying OVA files, VMs, and VMware environments
  • Computer proficiency in MS Windows Operating Systems
  • Experience with LAN2LAN, modem, EDI, SFTP, SQL and systems security
