As a Belmont Village Caregiver , you will provide hands-on care to a group of seniors living within our Assisted Living and Memory Care community. Your Typical Daily Responsibilities

  • Provide personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community
  • Promote socialization and inspire participation in community activities while prioritizing resident safety and well-being
  • Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
  • Uphold high standards of care, safety, cleanliness and regulatory compliance
  • Provide hands-on assistance with toileting, hygiene and incontinence care as needed
  • Make hospitality, customer service, and resident satisfaction your top priorities in every interaction

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English
  • Experience as a primary caregiver or relevant training as a care provider
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position which may include weekends and holidays

  • You have at least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care or Skilled Nursing community

The CRC will help residents de-escalate, stabilize, and connect to community resources catered to their individual mental health and substance use treatment needs. The CRC serves as an alternative to hospital emergency departments and simplifies access to crisis care for all individuals, families, and first responders. In addition to the number of activities completed, factors which may affect annualized earnings include, but are not limited to, training completed, paid breaks, endorsements, tenure, equipment type and number of days worked each week. This position may be eligible for safety bonuses and incentives based on profitability or performance, as applicable.
