Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. Collaborates with resident and family, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care. Demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. Cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. Responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.

May serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. Provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns. Functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. The Sanford Professional Nursing Practice recognizes the Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics for Nurses with Interpretive Statements as published by the American Nurses Association as the foundation of nursing care delivery and professional conduct.

Qualifications

Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred, including, but not limited to, Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA). Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.

Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state. Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean vehicle by cleaning cab interior and exterior of vehicle.
• Conform in all respects with applicable federal, state/provincial and local laws, regulations, ordinances and other orders and to all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors.
• Ensure that all required personal protective equipment be worn at all times (i.e., gloves, reflective vest, safety glasses, work boots, etc.)

Your Role:

The Oncology Territory Manager (OTM) is a field sales position covering/traveling within Idaho, Utah and Portland, OR. You will deliver on aggressive but realistic targets for revenue growth and profitability by executing brand objectives through innovative strategies, excellence in customer engagement and rigorous account planning. The OTM will be responsible for promoting Bavencio and Tepmetko and its approved indications, along with other potential products from the EMD Serono pipeline. As a key member of a high performing team including Marketing, Managed Markets, and Medical, the OTM will manage sales at the territory level and serve as the primary liaison between customers and EMD Serono. Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Develop local and national KOLs, gaining insights into the market, customers, products, and competitors.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oncology Sales and an in-depth understanding of the oncology landscape and market dynamics.
  • Record of consistently driving and maintaining strong results.
  • Marketing experience, including developing programs and materials for healthcare professionals and patient.
  • Strong expertise in reimbursement and managed care knowledge.
  • Experience selling a multi-product portfolio.
  • Understanding of current pharmaceutical and promotional compliance guidelines and regulations.
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.

Base Pay Range for this position - $147,300 $220,900

The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
