Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving operations to meet production and delivery schedules
  • Prepare and manage shipping documentation (pick tickets, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.)
  • Schedule LTL, full truckload shipments, and local deliveries
  • Obtain freight quotes and communicate with carriers to ensure cost-effective, timely service
  • Track shipments and provide updates as needed
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory and process returns
  • Maintain accurate records and support workflow efficiency
  • Assist warehouse team as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards

 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ year of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

·         Cut, measure, and assemble pipes under supervision.

·         Help ensure job sites are clean, safe, and ready for inspections.

·         Learn and follow plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company procedures.

·         Support field teams and supervisors with other related tasks as needed.


Preferred Qualifications:

·         High school diploma or equivalent required.

·         Prior construction or plumbing experience is a plus, but not required – training will be provided.
