What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Managing Partners to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring operational procedures are followed.

• Implement weekly and period goals, recognizing and rewarding team achievements.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring outstanding customer service through proper execution of initiatives.
• Coach and train Managing Partners, Co-Managers, and Shift Supervisors, supporting national training initiatives and new employee orientation processes.
• Share Best Demonstrated Practices and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

What We're Looking For:

• High School, GED, College, or University Degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year, preferred 3-5 years of successful multi-unit operational management experience in the Quick Service Restaurant industry, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Proven ability in selecting, coaching, and developing managerial employees.
• Valid driver's license.

Key Holder Duties

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.

Resort Services (seasonal)

Drivers are responsible for the safe operation and execution of each trip. They are responsible for passenger and participant safety. Must adhere to all state and local safety protocols, traffic laws, and maritime regulations. Greet passengers, assist with loading and unloading while boarding and debarking. Conduct pre and post trip inspections. May assist with all resort activities. Perform outstanding guest service daily. Maintain interdepartmental lines of communication, and interact daily with guests and resort staff.

Essential Duties:

• Cleans and cares for boat/shuttle bus
• Foster positive working relationships and communication with all departments.
• Operation: Safely operate shuttle vans, buses, or boats along designated routes.
• Safety &Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections (fluids, tire pressure, lights, safety gear). Ensure vehicles and boats are clean and fueled.
• Passenger Service: Greet passengers, assist with loading/unloading luggage and boarding.
• Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and maritime regulations.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of trips, fuel consumption, and passenger counts.
• Communication: Report delays, safety concerns, or mechanical issues to dispatchers immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

• CPR, First Aid, and Boating/Water Safety certification preferred.
• CDL/Chauffeurs Lic preferred
• MN Driver's Lic. Or equivalent mandatory

Propsito Del Rol

Buscamos un/a Experto/a En Inversin Para Principiantes que acompae a personas latinas en EE. UU. a realizar su primera inversin real, guindolos paso a paso desde cero. El objetivo es transformar el miedo, la confusin y la parlisis financiera en accin concreta: abrir su cuenta, fondearla, comprar su primer ETF y comenzar un plan de inversin sostenible.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Co-disear junto al equipo pedaggico el contenido del bootcamp.

• Facilitar clases en vivo con enfoque 100% prctico (mnima teora, mxima accin).

• Explicar de forma clara y contextualizada:

  • Cmo funciona invertir en EE. UU.

  • Cmo elegir y abrir cuentas en brokers regulados.

  • Cmo fondear cuentas y ejecutar rdenes.

  • Cmo seleccionar ETFs adecuados para principiantes.

  • Cmo construir un portafolio simple y sostenible.

• Guiar paso a paso a los estudiantes en:

  • Su primera compra real.

  • La implementacin de Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA).

  • Automatizacin y rebalanceo bsico.

• Resolver dudas operativas, tcnicas y emocionales del inversor principiante.

• Alertar sobre errores comunes, riesgos y estafas financieras.

• Participar en instancias de feedback y mejora continua del programa.

Conocimientos Clave

• Mercado financiero de EE. UU.

• Diferencias entre acciones, ETFs e ndices.

• Brokers regulados (SEC, FINRA, SIPC).

• Apertura de cuentas con SSN o ITIN.

• Tipos de rdenes (market, limit).

• ETFs populares (S&P 500, bonos, dividendos, internacionales).

• Construccin de portafolios bsicos.

• Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA) y rebalanceo.

• Psicologa del inversor principiante.

• Prevencin de estafas financieras.

• Uso de herramientas digitales (Zoom, Meet, Slides, Sheets).

Perfil Requerido

Experiencia:

• Experiencia real invirtiendo en el mercado de EE. UU.

• Haber operado personalmente ETFs y portafolios simples.

• Capacidad de explicar conceptos complejos en lenguaje claro y sencillo.

• Enfoque pedaggico, emptico y orientado a la accin.

• Comodidad trabajando con principiantes sin experiencia financiera.

Formacin:

• Profesional en finanzas, economa, administracin o reas afines (no excluyente).

• Certificaciones o formacin complementaria en inversiones (deseable).
