Our team consists of metabolic dietitians, genetic counselors, genetic nurse practitioners, and one clinical geneticist.

Duties

The successful candidate will practice in the areas of genetics for pediatric patients. They will work in a rapidly growing academic teaching clinic with appropriate guidance and supervision of the board-certified geneticist. In addition to providing excellent patient care, the successful candidate will also be actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. Clinical responsibilities include a mix of inpatient consults, telemedicine, and clinic. The Genetics division is also the administrative home of an annual grant from the state of West Virginia funding medical directorship of the state newborn screening lab.

Qualifications

Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for a state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed a pediatric residency program and be board certified or eligible in pediatrics. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment. Previous experience in genetics is not required. Pediatricians at the mid‑career level looking for opportunities to practice precision medicine are encouraged to apply. In‑practice training will be provided by our geneticist and genetic counselors. The division will also provide access to national conferences in genetics and metabolism such as ACMG annual conferences and ASHG annual conference. Should the successful applicant decide later to pursue official certification in clinical genetics, a stipend in exchange for commitment to return to WVU will be provided during the two years of fellowship.

We are hiring a Psychiatrist (Part Time) to join us onsite in our Upper East Side, NY clinic as part of an interdisciplinary team committed to providing personalized, compassionate and high‑quality SMI care.

The Opportunity:

As a Psychiatrist at Amae you will play an integral role in our collective mission to become the center of excellence for SMI care. In alignment with Amae’s holistic wrap‑around care model, you will co‑manage a panel of complex members through behavioral health assessments, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, treatment planning, clinical treatment, medication management, and follow up planning. Working within a collaborative and shared decision making model, you will have the opportunity to partner with clinical staff, peer specialists, primary care providers and community partners. A patient advocate, you will help members navigate the health and social services systems in NYC, and work closely with patients to address problems and answer questions, gather and provide information and advice, connecting patients to resources and the community. Rooted in trust and rapport, you will initiate, establish and maintain relationships not only with patients, but also with families, as you care for members of Amae Health.

What You’ll do:

  • Provide behavioral healthcare management to Amae Health patients; monitoring and managing care in alignment with a holistic approach to care and through the application of an array of treatment modalities as patients progress through phases of recovery
  • Develop individualized treatment plans early during the engagement and stabilization phase, focused on addressing specific psychosocial and medical needs that might limit recovery
  • Provide continuous, regular consultations as patients navigate recovery, both in person and on occasion, virtually
  • Liaise with patient care teams and collaborate closely with behavioral health providers to ensure an integrated, cohesive approach to care
  • Address medical needs to mitigate negative impacts of various social determinants of health

What You’ll Have:

  • Board‑Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist, with a NY license and DEA that are active, unrestricted and in good standing
  • In possession of or willing to obtain a possess Clozapine REMS certification and Medicaid enrollment if needed
  • Prior experience with mental health and/or addiction issues and have knowledge/familiarity of the medical, mental health, and social service systems in the greater Bay Area
  • A holistic perspective of “health”, and an understanding of patient rights
  • Demonstrated ability and desire to work effectively in a wide range of settings with people from diverse backgrounds, including patients and colleagues
  • Comfort working either one‑on‑one or in group settings, strong coaching and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ease adapting in a dynamic environment
  • Solid understanding of technology and a passion for utilizing technology to improve care delivery and patient outcomes

DrHouse is seeking board-certified Family Medicine physicians to join our growing telemedicine team. This is a telehealth position open to physicians licensed in Delaware (DE) . We are looking for physicians who bring both clinical excellence and compassion to an innovative telemedicine platform. In this role, you will manage a broad spectrum of clinical cases, including primary care, urgent care, men's and women's health, and chronic conditions , all delivered through secure virtual consultations.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct video-based appointments for non-emergency issues.
  • Treat patients in internal medicine and related areas such as urgent care, gynecology, and obesity care.

Who You Are

  • Licensed in multiple U.S. states (ideally including CA, TX, or IL).
  • Comfortable using digital platforms and practicing in a fully remote environment.
  • Excellent communicator who connects easily with patients virtually.

  • Telemedicine experience or strong interest in virtual care.
