Title: Sr. Manager, Digital Product

Salary range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $130,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, and budget.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

The Sr. Manager, Digital Product reports to the Director of Digital Experience and serves as the connective tissue between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors. This role owns the digital product lifecycle for vince.com from ideation through execution with a sharp focus on optimizing an established ecommerce stack, deepening vendor partnerships, and driving AI-powered personalization and experimentation to elevate the customer experience.

  • Help to define and manage the digital product roadmap for vince.com; ensure the roadmap is aligned with DTC growth goals, elevated service requirements and brand storytelling
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across ecommerce initiatives: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, feature enhancements, integrations, UX/UI, performance optimization, and SEO/AEO/GEO
  • Manage monthly service retainer with Systems Integrator
  • Evaluate platform capabilities and emerging tools with a focus on AI, personalization and experimentation, building business cases that justify solutions investments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship owner for key vendors — Development, Fulfillment, International, App & Omni , and Fraud, ensuring accountability, performance, and strategic alignment
  • Develop business cases to understand the ROI and business impact of future site enhancements and operational site fixesLead annual UX audits and usability testing to continuously surface and act on optimization opportunities

Qualifications / Experience We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years’ experience in a digital product management role, demonstrating clear examples of contributions to advancing the business through product and process improvements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Prior management experience in managing direct reports
  • Fashion apparel or beauty industry experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to understand technical issues end-to-end, and then sync both technical architecture with process implementation for internal partners and external vendors
  • Ability to present potentially complex ideas and concepts in a concise yet compelling way
  • Ability to write clear requirements and tickets that balance speed, quality, and business impact
  • Deep interest in understanding key industry trends and competitors’ digital experiences
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ensure work is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field of study plus five (5) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and three (3) years of related experience.
  • Work Experience. One (1) year of experience must include: Working with a cross functional agile product or solution development team with demonstrated success; Setting priorities for a team, overseeing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, and removing blockers, including burndown chart and release burn up; Product Management; Agile methodologies; Machine learning; Statistical testing; Data engineering, and technology; Product Lifecycle Management; Translating complex project timelines, technical milestones, and deliverable requirements into actionable plans for stakeholders; Measuring business impact of product initiatives by defining success metrics, analyzing outcomes, and translating results into actionable insights; and Supporting organizational readiness and change management strategies for developed products.

1. Background

Our customers continue to modernize their corporate systems’ landscape, including HR, Finance, and ERP platforms. TCS supports assessment and advisory initiatives to ensure these platforms remain scalable, integrated, and compliant.

This role focuses on architecture for enterprise corporate systems and their integration with the broader technology ecosystem.

2. Skills Required

  • Experience architecting HR, Finance, and ERP platforms (Workday/Anaplan/Oracle/SAP or equivalent)
  • Understanding of end-to-end process flows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
  • Experience defining integration strategies and data exchange across corporate platforms
  • Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven integration)
  • Awareness of controls, audit, and compliance requirements for corporate systems
  • Ability to define security and segregation-of-duties considerations in architecture

  • Partner with HR/Finance business owners to capture needs and translate business processes into architecture decisions
  • Assess and document technical debt; define prioritization frameworks and remediation roadmaps with clear stakeholder communication
  • Define and enforce NFR expectations (performance, scalability, reliability, security) and how compliance is monitored through lifecycle
  • Define end-to-end ERP/corporate architecture across domains, including integration and data exchange; guide rollout and migration planning
  • Ensure architecture accounts for ERP critical layers (data model, application layers, integrations, infrastructure, security/compliance)
  • Identify cross-functional dependencies and proactively manage integration impacts across the enterprise
  • Produce architecture artifacts (solution maps, target state, integration landscape) and support governance reviews
