Primary Care Physician (Board Certified)
Niva Health
city of troy, ny
Compensation: 200.000 - 250.000

Primary Care Physician (Board Certified)

Deliver exceptional care. Build real patient relationships. Practice medicine the way it was meant to be.

At NIVA Health, we’re expanding our services to include Primary Care within our innovative wellness clinics — and we’re doing it intentionally.

This is a rare opportunity for a physician who wants to slow medicine down, focus on patients, and help shape a care model built on trust, continuity, and clinical integrity — without the burden of running a practice alone.

Here, Primary Care isn’t an afterthought.
It’s the foundation.

About the Role

As a Primary Care Physician at NIVA Health, you will:

  • Deliver holistic, patient-centered care — preventive, acute, and chronic
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients within an established and growing clinic
  • Work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team including Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and clinic leadership
  • Contribute to shaping the patient experience and clinical processes for this new service line
  • Focus on quality of care, continuity, and thoughtful medicine — not rushed volume
  • Participate in a profit-sharing program, recognizing your role in the clinic’s long-term growth

This role offers the opportunity to help grow Primary Care at NIVA while keeping your focus firmly on what matters most: your patients and your practice.

Who Thrives Here

You’ll thrive at NIVA Health if you:

  • Put patients first — consistently and without compromise
  • Value autonomy and take ownership of your clinical impact
  • Enjoy collaboration and contributing within a supportive team environment
  • Are curious, open-minded, and comfortable helping shape a new service offering
  • Want to build a sustainable, relationship-based practice within a modern clinic model

Qualifications

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Active medical license in the state of Michigan
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
  • Interest in innovative or regenerative medicine is a plus (not required)

Why Physicians Choose NIVA Health

  • Patient-centered culture — your clinical judgment is trusted and respected
  • Collaborative care model — strong support from clinicians and leadership
  • Opportunity to build and grow Primary Care within an established wellness clinic
  • Profit-sharing program aligned with clinic growth
  • Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with matching, PTO, and wellness programs

If this resonates…

You don’t need to be actively looking to know when something feels aligned.

If you’re ready to practice Primary Care with intention, autonomy, and purpose — we’d love to start a conversation.
