The Senior Software Engineer is part of a team transforming surgeons’ experience from an analog world of visualizing surgical intervention to an information rich, digital experience. This digital experience will provide real time surgical insights aimed at improving surgeon workflow and patient outcomes. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Apply deep knowledge of medical imaging workflows and experience with various healthcare interoperability standards, including DICOM, HL7 FHIR, and IEEE 11073 Service-oriented Device Connectivity, to deliver features that seamlessly integrate surgical microscopes with hospital information systems.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. Salary Range: $91,347 to $123,318

Position Summary

The Business Development Manager is responsible for analyzing new business opportunities, evaluating existing customer profitability, and participating in enterprise-wide new business strategy and feasibility planning. This position drives product sales growth by providing customers and prospective customers with value-added services, exceptional customer support, and a strong focus on customer profitability.

The role assesses business and work-related situations, exercising sound judgment to make effective and timely decisions. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of product offerings, industry trends, and relevant technologies. This position collaborates as a team member across departments and the broader organization and performs additional duties as assigned to support the overall success of the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Days/Hours of Work
