About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President (AVP) for Neuroscience Services to join their team. The AVP will be a senior executive leader responsible for the enterprise strategy, operations, financial stewardship, quality, growth, access, and performance of the Neuroscience Service Line and Spine Center. This role involves strategic leadership in service line development, dyad leadership and governance, operational leadership, financial performance, and initiatives to improve growth, access, and network development. The successful candidate will be expected to have a Master's degree in a related field, at least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience, and a proven track record in leading multidisciplinary clinical programs, strategic planning, and physician engagement. Key responsibilities for the AVP include developing and executing strategies for service line growth, quality, and financial sustainability, as well as identifying opportunities to expand clinical programs and patient access. The role also requires the ability to lead complex matrixed organizations, expertise in physician engagement, and a strong understanding of academic medicine. The AVP will work closely with the Executive Clinical Director for Neuroscience, the Spine Center Director, and various other leaders to ensure the integration of clinical, research, educational, and innovation missions. The ideal candidate will have a background in neuroscience, academic medicine, and experience in dyad leadership, market expansion, and network development.
