In partnership with the Department of Youth & Community Development (DYCD), Housing Works launched the CRED Program, a new specialized 24‑week paid training program for justice‑involved and justice‑impacted individuals ages 25–40. The program provides case management, connection to wraparound health services, industry‑recognized credential trainings, paid internships and employment placement and retention support.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Job Developer will develop and maintain relationships with NYC employers in the sectors of maintenance and infrastructure and culinary food service, provide individualized career‑development support to program participants, match clients with employers and career paths of interest, facilitate employer education presentations, participate in networking activities, develop innovative career pathways, maintain account management systems, facilitate work‑readiness groups, and provide individual vocational counseling.

The role requires knowledge of the criminal legal system and the barriers associated with previous legal involvement, as well as experience in workforce development and building employer relationships.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative internship and career pathways for clients enrolled in the program.
  • Create and maintain career maps to assist clients with preparing and navigating the specified workforce sectors.
  • Participate in community outreach and networking activities.
  • Utilize Labor Market Index (LMI) reports to generate lists of NYC employers for strategic and targeted outreach efforts.
  • Lead the business development component of the program and present to team members on labor market availability and current partnerships.

Cardio Diagnostics aims to become a leading medical technology company for improving the prevention, detection, and treatment of cardiovascular disease.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain web applications using technologies such as Next.js and NestJS
  • Build and maintain production applications end-to-end, including frontend, backend, and API development
  • Integrate internal and third-party services, ensuring resilient, secure, and well-documented interactions
  • Design and manage relational database schemas using Prisma ORM and Liquibase
  • Ensure solutions meet stringent requirements for security, privacy, compliance, and reliability
  • Support and integrate Python-based machine learning applications, ensuring reliable interoperability between ML systems (e.g. MLflow) and customer-facing products.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and drive improvements to system reliability, scalability, and developer workflows
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., AI, compliance, sales, lab technicians, executive teams, etc.) to translate requirements into technical solutions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer
  • 1+ years of experience with fast-paced startup or small-company environments
  • 1+ years of experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and stay current with emerging technologies
  • Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive with strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience designing and operating distributed, production-grade systems
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and modern CSS frameworks such as Tailwind CSS
  • Strong understanding of database design and management, with hands-on experience using Prisma ORM or similar tools
  • Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in healthcare, biotech, or other regulated-data environments
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, or similar
  • Experience with AWS, particularly Cognito, RDS, and App Runner, for secure and scalable cloud-based deployments
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps workflows, and agile development methodologies
  • Salary Range: $125,000 – $145,000, commensurate with experience
  • This position is salary-only; bonuses are not included

  • Hybrid work model: 4 days in-office and 1 remote day each week

SAP MM P2P Analyst, End User, Chicago. My client a well known end user of SAP are looking for a SAP MM P2P Support Analyst to join their team, ideally they are looking for candidates to have a minimum of 10+ years SAP MM P2P configuration and support experience, any SAP ABAP Development experience would be a huge plus.

Candidates should have the following experience:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting SAP MM, including full lifecycle implementations and P2P integrations
  • Expertise in SAP MM configuration, including vendor master, material master, procurement workflows, pricing, and tax configuration
  • Strong understanding of MM integration with SD, FICO, PP, and QM modules
  • Skilled in troubleshooting SAP issues and independently driving resolution
