Qualifications

  • Experience designing services or architectures involving Evolved Packet Core (EPC), 5G Standalone (5GSA), and/or IMS; experience with network functions is a plus.
  • Experience with active or passive monitoring solutions for voice and data services.
  • Capacity, sizing, and performance analysis in the context of 4G/5G/Voice control and user plane traffic.
  • Broad experience and knowledge in telecommunications, including voice and data.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in networking at all layers; experience with networking and systems, storage is desirable.
  • Familiarity with 4G, 5G wireless data-core, access, and voice.
  • Experience working with virtual environments and systems, including containers.
  • Familiarity with technologies and protocols such as VoIP, SIP, RTP, Diameter, GTP, IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTP2, S1AP, and others.
