As an Associate Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance, you will become part of the Global Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance department, where you will be responsible for drug related activities in close cooperation with Safety colleagues along with cross-functional team members. This position has a global perspective, and you will interact with stakeholders ranging from regulatory authorities and colleagues from Genmab’s four sites.

As an Associate Director of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance you will be part of a highly skilled and international team. The position reports to the Director, Global Drug Safety & Pharmacovigilance, Scientist Lead.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of safety strategy and safety deliverables for assigned programs for assigned programs in close collaboration with key stakeholders from GDS&PV and other cross functional teams
• Perform ongoing surveillance (including signal detection/evaluation) of Genmab clinical trials and post marketing safety data
• Be the primary safety contact for other departments and ensure appropriate and timely handling of safety issues for assigned trials/programs
• Provide safety review and input to various documents including but not limited to: Trial Protocols, eCRFs/CRFs, and TMFs
• You will also be contributing to the development ofother documentation such as: Investigator’s Brochures, and Subject Informed Consent
• Contribute to HA requests and review key submission documents
• Contribute to safety-related documents for Genmab products throughout product lifecycle from FIH to post-marketing, including robust safety surveillance, Safety Assessment Reports for potential signals/risks, RSI in IB, ADR in the CCDS and product labels, Aggregate Safety Reports (e.g. DSUR, PBRER, PSUR, PAER), RMP, and responses to ad-hoc requests for safety information internally and externally
• Contribute to the planning and conduct of Safety Committee activities and DMC’s
• Conduct safety training of Genmab employees, CROs, Investigators and other relevant site personnel as necessary
• Contribute to multidisciplinary project groups including membership of the Clinical Management Team (CMT) for assigned products
• Contribute to the development and optimization of new tools and process

Requirements

Health Care Professional degree required (e.g., RN/BSN/MSN, NP, PA, PharmD) and 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in drug safety & pharmacovigilance as a Safety Scientist for products in the clinical trial and post-marketing environments

Experience within the field of oncology is preferred and/or first human trials

Experience authoring safety signal assessment report, DSUR, PBRER, RMP, and RSI

Skilled in signal detection process and managing safety information from clinical development and post-marketing sources

Experienced with FDA/EMA regulations and ICH guidance governing pharmacovigilance and risk management

Knowledge of drug development process, pharmacovigilance databases and MedDRA coding

Experience with use of safety databases, preferably Argus Safety Database

Documented experience from overseeing multiple trials with safety inputs at the Global level

International experience from a similar role with internal and external stakeholders

Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken

Family Medicine-OB Physician Employment In Florida

AdventHealth Ocala, a 385-bed hospital in central Florida, seeks a BC/BE Family Medicine with Obstetrics physician to join our growing Graduate Medical Education Team.

The program started in July 2025 with 8 residents per program year. Our team currently includes an experienced Program Director, Assistant Program Director and 3 Core Family Medicine Faculty, plus well-trained, dedicated clinical staff. We're looking for a Family Medicine with OBwho has the desire to be a part of a growing program, a passion for medical education, and who will place a priority on collaboration, quality of care, and the patient and resident experience.

Physician will do roughly 70% family medicine and 30% obstetrics with the opportunity for OB growth as the program builds volume. Call will be 1:3 from home or office and one weekend of call a month. Call is supported by an OB hospitalist group.

Summary Of Role

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and engage in long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Healthcare Providers (HCPs) in the assigned territory, including Nuclear Medicine Physicians, Radiologists, Radiation Oncologists, Technologists, Safety Officers, Health Physicists, Nursing Staff, and Advanced Practice HCPs at imaging facilities and medical centers.


• Provide training to imaging/treatment centers on handling, administration, and radiation safety of current products, including initial and re-training sessions.


• Educate on-site preparation and infusion processes for products, including radiopharmaceutical licensing, supporting approved imaging/therapies, and clinical trials.


• Educate the HCP community to ensure they have the proper knowledge and technical expertise to use Lantheus products safely and effectively.


• Utilize clinical and technical expertise to institutional workflows, regional diagnostic imaging patterns, treatment guidelines, and therapeutic advances in oncology and molecular imaging. Gather insights into the needs and interests of healthcare providers and the medical needs of patients with a focus on Lantheus approved and investigational agents.


• Maintain thorough and up-to-date knowledge of imaging techniques, clinical information, and product data in the diagnostic and therapeutic radiopharmaceutical field.


• Respond appropriately and document accurate scientific data in response to unsolicited questions from customers about approved and investigational products.


• Support Lantheus Field Research Initiatives, including Investigator Sponsored Trials (ISTs), the Image Library, and Clinical Trials aligned with the Lantheus pipeline.


• Attend national congresses and meetings, providing medical and scientific booth support as requested, in compliance with industry regulations.


• Fully understand and comply with all Lantheus SOPs, working procedures, and corporate requirements.

The pay range for this position is between $163,000 and $245,000 annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive. What You’ll Do

The Medical Director supervises and provides clinical oversight to staff/contract practitioners, psychiatrists, and medical professionals. The Medical Director will review and evaluate the treatment procedures and outcomes of the prescribers to ensure they are in accordance with provision of services and/or agency requirements. They will ensure the quality of care given to our behavioral health clients is clinically appropriate and evidence based.

Essential Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the outpatient clinical programs. Ensure the productivity of the department and monitor individual staff performance to meet productivity standards
• Responsible for the overall direction and management of outpatient clinical staff including selection, training and development, goal setting, evaluation, performance feedback, and ensuring a positive and respectful work environment.
• Provide administrative and clinical supervision of Program Managers and indirect supervision to all departmental staff.
• Development and implementation of policies and procedures for delivery of outpatient clinical programs according to the Arizona Practice Model.
• Maintain quality assurance of department's service delivery including clinical care and documentation. Monitor and maintain all client records in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
• Participate in utilization review functions associated with department. Recommend changes that would improve service delivery and implement changes and new programming as directed
• Monitor the reporting of services, establish evaluation guidelines, and ensure that programmatic contract requirements are met.
• Provide community outreach. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with all related state, community behavioral health, and contracting organizations. Identify potential opportunities for new business development.
• Assists in grant preparation through direct writing and through work with the managers in the design of new programs. Assist the managers/clinical coordinators with the provision of program details and information to assist in the budget process.
• Assist in the preparation of departmental budget and demonstrate a functional responsibility for administering and managing the approved departmental budget.
• Work cooperatively with the Director of Finance to provide cost/benefit analysis of new programs, services, and contractual relationships with contracting organizations, and development of efficient operating systems, and information systems that meet the organization's billing, data processing, and research needs
• Instruct and train volunteers, interns, contract staff and regular staff in their respective disciplines as assigned.
• Negotiate contracts with providers of clinical, prevention and training services, including psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, trainers, other programs, and specialty services.
• Participate in agency fund raising activities as requested by management.
• Work as part of the agency executive team to further the organizational mission and goals.
• Attend management and administrative meetings.

What You’ll Provide

• Valid Arizona License to practice Medicine.
• Completion of Psychiatric Residency Training and DEA Registration.
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Psychiatrist with experience in psychiatric emergency service, clinic, or mental health center.
• Eligible to participate in the Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health care programs.
• Eligible to be credentialed by the ADHS and Regional Behavioral Health Authority (RBHA).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong organization skills.
• Strong internal and external customer service skills.
• Previous management experience including responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work and managing performance of staff.
• Experience treating or managing care for a culturally diverse population preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm in crisis situations, work independently and cooperatively, recognize personal limitations, and relate positively and with empathy to all persons regardless of age, race, creed, gender, or sexual orientation.
• If driving while on agency time or on agency business, a valid Arizona driver license and appropriate liability insurance and approval for liability coverage with EMPACT - SPC’s liability insurance carrier is required. At time of hire, a 3-year state driving record with no major infractions or excessive driving violations/tickets is required.

What You’ll Experience

• The typical work environment will be working indoors in a medical office setting.
• This position requires the candidate to be 21 years old or older at time of employment.
• A fingerprint clearance card is a requirement of employment.
• Employees must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
• Occasional travel to training and out-of-state locations may occur as needed.
• Possibility to work from home may be necessary.
