Responsibilities

We are actively recruiting judicial law clerks for an associate position with our dynamic Employment Litigation Group in any of its Northern California offices (San Francisco, Sacramento and Silicon Valley). The role involves working on pre‑litigation matters, high profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions; responding to administrative charges; counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues; and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters. Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is between $260,000 and $310,000. Experience / Qualifications

  • Knowledge of health management and policy administration, as well as development and implementation of budgets, strategies and standards, normally acquired through completion of a Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources Administration, or Organizational Resources.
  • Eight to ten years’ human resources responsibility with at least five years of executive/ management experience in a multi-organizational corporate environment.
  • Experience with healthcare, labor relations, compensation and benefits, recruitment, retention, organizational design, and management development.
  • Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) as certified by the HR Certification Institute beneficial.
  • Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
