Technical Product Manager
Heelsandtech
boston, ma
Compensation: 120.000 - 150.000

Arul Health is building the navigator beside every patient — a knowledgeable, tireless, compassionate presence for people and families moving through serious illness. We are a small Boston-based team of builders, caregivers, and patients who believe technology should reduce suffering, not add to it.

We are hiring a Technical Product Manager to help us ship. You will be the connective tissue between product, engineering, clinical, and operations — translating what patients and navigators actually need into a coherent roadmap, then making sure the work lands. This role is hands‑on. You will write specs, unblock engineers, run pilots, sit next to navigators, and hold a high bar for what ships.

Healthcare is complicated. Cancer care is more so. We need someone who is comfortable holding technical depth in one hand and clinical context in the other, and who enjoys making hard, ambiguous work legible. Why Arul We take patients seriously. We protect dignity. We bring clarity to chaos. We advocate when people are exhausted and persist when the system stalls. If you want your work to matter at 2am, come build with us.

What you’ll do

  • Own cross‑functional programs end‑to‑end: scoping, planning, execution, and launch.
  • Partner with engineering on architecture, sequencing, and trade‑offs. You should be technical enough to push back.
  • Translate patient, family, and navigator needs into clear product requirements and release plans.
  • Drive integrations with EHRs, labs, scheduling systems, and partner providers.
  • Stand up pilots with clinical partners and close the loop on what we learn.
  • Keep the whole team aligned on what we are building, why, and what is next.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years in technical PM, product, or engineering leadership roles: ideally some in healthcare, health tech, or other regulated environments.
  • Comfort reading code, debugging systems, and reasoning about APIs, data models, and reliability.
  • A track record of shipping in early‑stage or 0→1 environments where the process did not yet exist.
  • Strong written communication. You turn chaos into a doc people actually read.
  • A bias for action and a deep sense of care for the people we serve.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HL7 / FHIR, EHR integrations (Epic, Cerner, Athena), or claims data.
  • Background in oncology, complex care, or patient navigation.
  • Lived experience as a patient or caregiver.

Hiring: Executive Director – Land’s Sake Farm
Community Involved In Sustaining Agriculture Inc
weston, ma
Compensation: 150.000 - 170.000

Hiring: Executive Director – Land’s Sake Farm

Land’s Sake Farm is a nonprofit community farm in Weston, Massachusetts, dedicated to connecting people to the land to build community and inspire lifelong stewardship. For more than 40 years, the farm has served as a vibrant hub where sustainable agriculture, education, and community come together.

Today, Land’s Sake operates a diversified, mission-driven organization with an annual budget of approximately $3M. We steward over 46 acres of conservation and agricultural land, cultivate more than 40 varieties of produce, and operate a year-round farmstand featuring Land’s Sake and locally sourced goods. Our core program areas include sustainable farming and food production, hunger relief (donating 30%+ of all produce, over 60,000 pounds annually), education programs (600+ programs serving ~10,000 participants each year), community engagement and events, and forestry and maple operations. Through strong regional partnerships, the majority of our donated food reaches families across Greater Boston and MetroWest.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Following a successful $6.5M+ capital campaign that delivered a net‑zero farmstand, expanded greenhouse and education facilities, and year‑round utilities, Land’s Sake Farm is seeking an Executive Director to build on this strong foundation and guide the organization through its next chapter of impact. Joining a dedicated team, an engaged Board of Directors, and a passionate community of volunteers, donors, and partners, the Executive Director will play a highly visible role in deepening Land’s Sake’s reach, strengthening its financial foundation, and ensuring its sustainability for generations to come. Specifically, the Executive Director will:

  • Develop and execute a strategic vision that drives mission clarity, growth, and sustainability . In close collaboration with the Board and senior team, set short‑and‑long‑term priorities, translate them into clear goals and work plans, and ensure Land’s Sake’s story and impact are clearly communicated and understood.
  • Lead a fundraising effort that grows and diversifies support . Serve as the organization’s lead fundraiser, building on an established ~$1M annual goal, cultivating individual donors, foundations, and corporate partners, and engaging board members as active fundraising partners.
  • Ensure the financial and operational health of the organization . Oversee budgeting and financial planning for a ~$3M budget, maintain strong fiscal stewardship, and ensure the right systems and processes are in place across farming, retail, education, events, and hunger relief.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire staff across diverse functional areas . Supervise and mentor senior staff, foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, and champion the people‑management systems and practices the organization needs to thrive.
  • Partner with the Board to drive effective governance and strategic leadership . Prepare planning materials, activate board members as ambassadors and fundraisers, and support board development and diversification.
  • Serve as a passionate ambassador and community connector . Build strong relationships with key partners including the Town of Weston, hunger‑relief organizations, education partners, and the farm’s advisory community.

THE CANDIDATE PROFILE

The Executive Director role calls for candidates who possess the following experiences, competencies, and personal qualities:

  • A champion for Land’s Sake’s mission and values . You are inspired by the power of land, food, and community to connect people and create lasting change. You believe in the importance of environmental stewardship, equitable access to food and education, and the role community institutions play in public life, and you are energized to lead a team that embodies these values.
  • A nonprofit professional with senior leadership experience . You bring 15+ years of experience, including 5+ in a leadership role, at nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations, ideally with multiple programs and complex operations. You understand the full arc of nonprofit leadership: fundraising, financial management, team‑building, board governance, and community engagement.
  • An enthusiastic and capable fundraiser. You bring demonstrated success securing funding from individual and institutional donors. You are a willing, front‑line fundraiser with the presence and polish to engage a range of supporters, and you enjoy the relational, day‑to‑day work of building a broad donor community. Experience with earned revenue strategies is an asset.
  • A visionary thinker with the ability to implement tactically. You hold the big picture and have a proven ability to translate an organization’s vision into tangible priorities and plans. You bring clarity to complexity, help organizations define what matters most, and create the conditions for teams to execute with focus and purpose.
  • A thoughtful relationship builder with high emotional intelligence . You have a warm and authentic presence that translates across a wide range of stakeholders. You lead with empathy, listen actively, build trust, and communicate in ways that inspire and engage. You are skilled at managing expectations and navigating competing interests with care and transparency.
  • A financially confident operator with sound business judgment. You are comfortable owning a budget, reading financial reports, and making fiscally responsible decisions in partnership with a Board treasurer and senior staff. You grasp the interplay between finance, programs, and earned revenue, and you know when to delegate and when to dig in.
  • A collaborative people manager who builds capacity and fosters teamwork. You have experience hiring and developing talent, managing staff across multiple functional areas, and building strong organizational cultures. You work to break down silos, promote open communication, and create the conditions for collaboration and accountability.
  • A hands‑on, present, and grounded leader who loves the outdoors . You are willing and able to roll up your sleeves and work alongside the team, especially during seasonal peaks. You bring steadiness and good judgment in a dynamic, seasonal environment. Experience with or an affinity for agriculture, food systems, or environmental work is an asset.

JOB LOCATION, SALARY, AND BENEFITS

This position is based at Land’s Sake Farm in Weston, MA, and requires a regular, visible presence on the farm and at community events. Starting salary range is $150,000 to $170,000 plus excellent benefits.
