We are currently seeking a Strategic Pursuit Leader to join our Client Growth team. This role will primarily focus on large deals ($50M+).

The Pursuit Leader is a single threaded leader responsible for managing and orchestrating end-to-end strategic pursuit cycle. They create an account engagement plan and own its execution. During early stages, they will review the client-facing point of view, and compelling value propositions and provide feedback from a deal shaping perspective. They influence, orchestrate, and facilitate internal alignment to remove blockers and achieve desired business outcomes.

The Pursuit Leader will clearly understand the value drivers, value proposition, transformation angle, stakeholder map (including board relationships), competitive landscape, decision process and timeline, including clarity of the approval path. Based on this they create an actionable Pursuit Strategy / Win Strategy that clearly articulates what we need to do to win, and continually refresh that as the pursuit progresses. They must continually develop and refine the understanding of “who amongst the client executives need to believe what, and what needs to be true for the client to do the deal with NTT DATA”. They continually leverage the value proposition to align the stakeholders to the value proposition and shape/create a deal. Lastly, from a key renewals perspective, this function will create a process for high value renewals - encompassing assessment, strategy, and execution, and will work with the Industry Leaders to roll it out.

Job Responsibilities Include

  • Own the creation and execution of strategic pursuit engagement plans, collaborating with team members and across the company to ensure continued alignment and action.
  • Engage early with customer technology and business leaders to build relationships and gather a deep understanding of the customer’s current needs and challenges.
  • Manage customer relationship from origination to closure of complex, multi-tower high value proposals.
  • Create win strategies that address the business goals and technology needs of a customer.
  • Lead the solution design, construction and orchestration across NTT, partners and client organizations.
  • Work collaboratively across multi-solution and cross-functional organization with Sales, Client Executives, Consulting Engagement Leads, Solution/Enterprise Architects, and Client Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with the customer’s business goals and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, sales teams, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity of the solution vision, scope, and value proposition.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the enterprise architecture domain and leverage them to create innovative and competitive solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in enterprise sales, complex, multi-tower deal pursuits, or consulting sales roles, preferably in the IT services industry.
  • Proven experience leading deals of >50M, ideally >100M
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (i.e. 4 additional years of work experience).

Preferred Skills

  • Proven record of accomplishment of managing and closing complex deal cycles that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in various technology domains, such as cloud, data, security, network, infrastructure, applications, etc.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $168,750 - 312,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Job Description

Versant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our FinTech team and help design, build, and scale high‑quality global software solutions that handle high‑volume payment processing and fund distribution. In this role you will collaborate closely with product managers, finance, compliance, engineering peers, and our QA team to drive technical initiatives, being responsible for ensuring money flows reliably, securely, and on time across our platform and that everything meets or exceeds strict performance and regulatory standards. This role is ideal for engineers who have an open mind for innovation and expansion but also a clear understanding and appreciation for regulations and standards.

What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain reliable systems for processing payments, scheduling payouts, and reconciling transactions.
  • Ensure funds distribution happens on time and at scale, with strong SLAs and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, and Product teams to build features that meet regulatory, tax, and reporting requirements.
  • Integrate with third‑party payment processors, banks, and financial networks (ACH, wire transfers, card processors, digital wallets).

Retail Grocery Experience Required

The Store Director (SD) is responsible for the day‑to‑day operations of the store. The Store Director has overall responsibility for the store operation and employees. They are responsible for making store level decisions on hiring, training, disciplinary action, and scheduling. The Company expects the Store Director will spend more than half their time in directing others, managing the enterprise, and activities directly and closely related to those tasks and that anyone having difficulty doing will inform their District Manager and/or Human Resources so that additional training can be provided.

All SD’s must be willing and able to work and train at any store within the district where they are hired. This district consists of stores in the following towns/locations: Bedminster, Booton, Cresskill, Florham Park, Garden City, Garwood, Hillsdale, Hoboken, Livingston, Mendham, Midland Park, Upper Montclair, Morristown, Old Greenwich, Short Hills, Summit, Verona, and Whitehouse Station.

Pay transparency: The salary range is $88k to $125k annually. Starting salary will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, and qualifications. There may be flexibility for exceptional candidates. Associates in this position are also eligible for a quarterly bonus based on store performance. The total comp package yearly can include 12 days PTO, 40 hrs of sick time, 6 recognized holidays, 401k match up to 7%, pet insurance, EPA benefits, and so much more!

Key Accountabilities

  • Overall management responsibility for the operation of a retail grocery store. This includes but is not limited to store performance, control of cash, inventory and security, customer service, and management of staff.
  • Track, analyze and take action to improve store performance by forecasting weekly/daily sales goals and meeting or exceeding established goals.
  • Communicate sales goals, department performance and sales opportunities with staff to ensure positive results.
  • Forecast, schedule, and monitor labor to be consistent with store sales and productivity guidelines and wage budgets; create action plan to address cost control issues.
  • Develop and direct the execution of strategies to improve product placement and appearance.
  • Manage display accuracy and appearance to implement promotions. Ensure that products are properly displayed and ordered in a manner to maintain in‑stock conditions.
  • Manage issues relating to store maintenance, cleanliness, safety and sanitation.
  • Oversee and manage handling of cash and accounting. Ensure store is secured.
  • Prioritize, plan, and coordinate work activities, and manage time and resources so that work objectives are timely met.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures, including money handling, check cashing, security, food safety, worker and customer safety, sanitation, consumer protection laws (e.g., recalls), accurate and timely payment of wages, etc.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and needs, ensure that employees provide customers with superior customer service through use of best practices and training and coaching concerning the importance of superior customer service.
  • Handle customer and employee complaints. Makes decisions to resolve all complaints in the best possible manner for the customer or employee and the business.
