Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform & Partnerships
Qeexo, Co.
San Clemente, CA

Senior Technical Product Manager, Platform & Partnerships

As a Senior Technical Product Manager for Platform & Partnerships, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our EdgeRX ecosystem as we bring AI Agents to market. This is a dual-focus role. Roughly half of your time will be spent building technology partnerships and integrations with CMMS, ERP, and other enterprise systems so that our Agents can be deployed directly into customers' maintenance and operations workflows. The other half will be spent as an extension of the core product team, working closely with our engineering team in Pittsburgh to drive requirements, priorities, releases, and resolution of field issues across a rapidly growing base of deployments. This is a senior role reporting to the Head of Product, with a strong preference for candidates based in Southern California.

We build AI-powered industrial solutions that help manufacturers monitor equipment health, prevent downtime, and improve efficiency. Our EdgeRX platform delivers real-time insights from vibration, TMR, and multi-signal data, while EdgeRX Vision adds computer-vision-based defect detection to catch issues early and reduce scrap. Together, these products turn raw factory data into actionable intelligence for sectors such as semiconductor, electronics, and automotive. With the upcoming launch of our AI Agents, we are extending that intelligence into action: connecting insights to the systems where maintenance and operations work actually gets done.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Partnerships & Integrations (~50%)

  • Work with the Partnerships team to identify, evaluate, and prioritize technology partners, including CMMS/EAM, ERP, MES, and industrial data platforms, whose integration is critical to deploying our AI Agents.
  • Own the technical scope of each partnership: define integration use cases, data flows, APIs, and success criteria jointly with partner product and engineering teams.
  • Define how our Agents read from and act on partner systems, such as creating and updating work orders, synchronizing asset hierarchies, and using maintenance and production history.
  • Write integration requirements and specifications, and work with engineering to deliver connectors, APIs, and integration frameworks on the EdgeRX platform.
  • Lead technical evaluations, joint solution design, and pilot deployments with partners and customers.
  • Create partner-facing technical documentation and integration guides, and enable Sales and Field teams to position and deploy partner integrations.
  • Track partnership outcomes, including integrations delivered, deployments enabled, and partner-influenced pipeline.

Product Management & Execution (~50%)

  • Act as an extension of the core product team, working closely with the Pittsburgh engineering team to translate the roadmap into clear requirements, user stories, and priorities.
  • Drive release planning and coordination, including scope, readiness, release notes, and communication to customers and field teams.
  • Triage field issues from a growing base of deployments, work with support and engineering to prioritize fixes, and feed learnings back into the roadmap.
  • Monitor progress and remove blockers to keep execution on track against an aggressive roadmap.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand real-world workflows, validate pain points, and gather detailed product requirements.
  • Define and track KPIs, using data, field feedback, and user insights to guide decisions and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the connection between product, engineering, partnerships, sales, and field teams across locations and time zones.
  • Communicate product and partnership plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including external partners.

AI Innovation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Stay current on AI agents, agent integration standards, and industrial interoperability standards (e.g., OPC UA, MQTT, ISA-95), and apply them to our platform and partner strategy.
  • Produce clear product and integration documentation and contribute to shared knowledge across teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, technical product management, or solutions/integration roles, preferably with B2B SaaS, industrial, or AI/ML-powered products.
  • Hands-on experience defining and delivering enterprise integrations, including REST APIs, webhooks, data mapping, authentication, and integration platforms.
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, Fiix, UpKeep), ERP, or MES systems in manufacturing or industrial environments strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record building technology partnerships or platform ecosystem integrations with external companies.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, applied machine learning, and agent-based systems.
  • Experience managing releases and field issues for deployed B2B or industrial products.
  • Technical fluency to engage deeply with engineers and partner technical teams; a degree in engineering or computer science is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance partnership work and core product work.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical, business, and partner stakeholders.
  • Based in Southern California (preferred), with the ability to work across time zones, including regular overlap with the Pittsburgh (Eastern Time) team.
  • Comfortable with 20-30% travel, including to Pittsburgh, partner sites, and customer locations.

Remote Telemedicine Physician - Men's Hormone Specialist (MD/DO)
Hone Health Medical Roles
Cheyenne, WY

Job Description

Job Description

Work 100% remotely, set your own schedule, and earn additional income while making a real difference in men's health and lives. Hone is one of the fastest-growing health companies in the United States, and we are looking for physicians who have deep knowledge and experience in prescribing for men with hypogonadism. If you are a physician with a strong background in treating hypogonadism and experience prescribing testosterone and other hormone-optimizing pharmaceuticals, this is an opportunity to join a mission-driven team that is reshaping access to care. We treat patients with a combination of pharmaceutical products in accordance with AUA-defined protocols, supplements, and lifestyle changes. We are committed to making care more convenient and affordable for patients. Experience with weight-loss and thyroid medications is a plus, as we have expanded beyond men's hormones into these treatment areas. We have also launched services for women. Experience with women's hormone therapy allows you to see our female patients as well, but is certainly not required. We are looking nationwide and value physicians licensed in multiple states.

Who We Are

We're a modern health company with a simple mission: help our patients take control of their health and age with confidence. Our platform removes barriers to care through education, technology, and convenience. Our primary focus is hormone optimization for men. We are looking to add to our growing team of 150+ physicians who specialize in treating hormones and are passionate about improving patient outcomes through telemedicine. You'll join a supportive, innovative environment where you'll receive full training on our proprietary telemedicine platform, HIPAA-compliant technology, and technical support.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct video-based consultations from anywhere with an internet connection
  • Review labs and create personalized treatment plans
  • Prescribe and titrate medications based on clinical findings
  • Educate patients on safe and effective hormone optimization
  • Provide feedback to help us continuously enhance the patient experience
 What We're Looking For
  • MD or DO with an active license (multi-state licenses preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Endocrinology, Urology, Family Medicine, or Hormone Therapy
  • DEA license with authority to prescribe Schedule III medications
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care
  • Comfort with technology and willingness to learn telemedicine workflows
  • Availability for at least 8 hours per week
  • A prescribing philosophy that values holistic care and hormone optimization, not just prescribing testosterone to everyone

Help men regain their health and confidence - from anywhere. If you are passionate about hormone health, thrive in innovative environments, and want to help men live their best lives, we would love to hear from you.
