We're seeking Senior Manager- level professionals to lead client-facing engagements, particularly in Digital & Technology but in collaboration with our client's Strategy, Risk, and Data practices. You'll drive end-to-end transformation programs for financial institutions, partnering directly with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives spanning technology strategy, operating model redesign, and data- or risk-related solutions
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders—CIOs, Risk, Data, and Business Executives—to define and implement future-state plans
  • Prepare executive-ready deliverables including operating models, technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, analytics strategies, and compliance enhancements
  • Support practice growth through thought leadership, business development, and identifying account expansion opportunities
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal initiatives (e.g., methodologies, intellectual capital)

Required Qualifications ( must-haves ) :

  • 8 to 12 years of experience (including at least 5+ years in top-tier consulting/advisory—Big 4, EY-Parthenon; Monitor, Strategy&, and equivalent firms like IBM, Capco)
  • Significant delivery experience, especially within Digital & Technology for financial services clients
  • Proven track record working across strategy, risk, or data domains as part of integrated transformation projects
  • Strong executive communication skills and presence
  • Bachelor’s degree required (STEM, Business, Finance); advanced degree (MBA, relevant master’s) preferred
  • NYC-based or willing to commute to Manhattan; hybrid work model applies

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience implementing cloud, analytics, or AI-enabled solutions in regulated environments
  • Strong background in risk or regulatory consulting, data governance, or compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with enterprise governance, tech budgeting, and strategic workforce planning

Location:

New York, NY – Headquarters in Manhattan’s Financial District. Additional offices in Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC. Hybrid working model typical (mandatory 3-4 days in office per week).

Compensation:

Estimated first-year compensation: $175,000–$250,000 , depending on experience. Package includes competitive base salary and 18% bonus target (based on individual and firm performance). High performers have significant above-market earning potential.

Travel Requirements:

For those based out of client's New York office and residing there, no out-of-market travel is expected at this time. Having said that, that could change and opportunities for travel may surface as the firm scales.

The Vice President - Senior Counsel will serve as a senior member of BIO’s legal team, legal counsel to BIO with responsibility for intellectual property (IP) and FDA regulatory legal matters. The role will focus on legal and policy issues related to patents in the biotechnology sectors and on FDA regulatory areas, including Hatch-Waxman and biosimilars issues. The Senior Counsel will collaborate closely with BIO member companies and other BIO staff to translate complex legal and scientific considerations into actionable policy positions.

  • Provide cross-cutting advice to BIO on patent- and FDA-related law and policy. While IP-related areas will be a primary focus, including patent law, Hatch-Waxman, and biosimilar issues, the Senior Counsel will be also responsible for advising on the full range of FDA law relating to the regulation of drugs and biologics.

Compensation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $112,600 to $239,800. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements.
