Base salary: $170,000–$245,000 USD, based on experience
Work arrangement: Fully remote; applicants must be based in the Memphis, TN area
Experience: 4+ years

About the Role

The Memphis, TN position owns electronic execution, order exceptions, transaction-cost analysis, venue review, and broker accountability. Its working schedule covers Central Time oversight of market flow, exception handling, and post-close investigation. You will work with a small group of specialists and preserve enough evidence for another person to challenge every material decision.

Memphis Operating Focus

The Memphis opening emphasizes efficient handoffs, direct operational ownership, and complete resolution of open issues. The Central Time opening follows market flow through the main session and owns the transfer from live exception handling into investigation. Operational speed cannot erase evidence needed for review. Each open case records the observed behavior, immediate containment, likely impact, and the test that will confirm full resolution. For this role, that means direct ownership of live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Central Time oversight of market flow, exception handling, and post-close investigation.

First Review Cycle

During the initial operating review in Memphis, TN, you will examine live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions while the assigned schedule covers Central Time oversight of market flow, exception handling, and post-close investigation. Normal controls remain in force throughout the review. One required check is: Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes. The next required check is: Develop broker and algorithm scorecards. The Memphis opening emphasizes efficient handoffs, direct operational ownership, and complete resolution of open issues. You will identify any assumption that remains untested after both checks. The review closes only after another specialist can reproduce the key checks and identify the evidence behind the outcome for electronic execution, order exceptions, transaction-cost analysis, venue review, and broker accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee electronic execution and exception handling
  • Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes
  • Develop broker and algorithm scorecards
  • Coordinate incident response with engineering and risk
  • Own live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Central Time oversight of market flow, exception handling, and post-close investigation.

  • 401(k) plan with company matching
  • Flexible paid time off and company holidays
  • Paid parental and caregiver leave
  • Annual learning, conference, and professional-development budget
  • Remote-work equipment and home-office support
  • Performance-bonus and equity eligibility based on role and level

Benefits are subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary: $170,000–$245,000 USD, based on experience
Work arrangement: Fully remote; applicants must be based in the Oklahoma City, OK area
Experience: 4+ years
Additional compensation: Performance-bonus and equity eligibility based on role and level

About the Role

You will work with a small group of specialists and preserve enough evidence for another person to challenge every material decision.

Oklahoma City Operating Focus

The Oklahoma City opening emphasizes robust procedures, measured response to unusual markets, and complete follow-up. Cross-asset conditions are reviewed at set points rather than only after a large move attracts attention. When markets behave unusually, the opening first contains operational risk, then investigates causes. Follow-up work must distinguish a resolved incident from a temporary workaround and assign a date for permanent correction. For this role, that means direct ownership of live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions during Central Time oversight of cross-asset conditions and full-session operating controls.

First Review Cycle

The initial Oklahoma City, OK review combines Central Time oversight of cross-asset conditions and full-session operating controls with a controlled examination of live orders, implementation shortfall, venue outcomes, and execution exceptions. Each material observation needs a source, a time, and a defined owner. The evidence package includes this task: Analyze implementation shortfall, impact, and venue outcomes. It also includes this task: Develop broker and algorithm scorecards. The Oklahoma City opening emphasizes robust procedures, measured response to unusual markets, and complete follow-up. A peer will review both results from the same source data. Before the review closes, you will state what changed, what did not change, and what needs more evidence. A peer must be able to follow the result back to electronic execution, order exceptions, transaction-cost analysis, venue review, and broker accountability.
