  • Current First Aid and CPR/AED certifications required from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council or American Safety & Health Institute. Note: certification must have an in-person component and not 100% online/OSHA compliant.
  • Industry recognized Group Exercise certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NCCPT or NETA or other specialty certification; if not current, will be required within 3 months if hire.

We are a brand-new dental office in Southport, and we're looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Treatment Coordinator to join our team.

This role is about much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. You'll help create the first impression patients have of our office and play a huge part in making people feel welcomed, informed, and cared for.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of dental front office experience
  • Understanding of dental insurance, eligibility, and claims processing

  • Comfortable learning new systems and technology
  • Team-first mindset and willingness to help where needed

Experience with Open Dental Software preferred
