So, what does it take to make it through a busy shift delivering boxes of all shapes and sizes to homes and businesses in your community and beyond?

  • The ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Valid driver’s license—no CDL required (License type varies by state)
  • Pass the DOT physical
  • Excellent customer service and driving skills
  • Legal right to work in the U.S.
  • Casual package delivery drivers are expected to comply with UPS appearance guidelines and wear the company-provided uniform

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in outpatient clinics at a location less than half a mile from the hospital
  • Ensure patient care quality and adherence to hospital protocols during assigned shifts

Required Skills:
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution
  • Valid state Medical License and Board Certification in Gastroenterology
  • Proven experience in performing ERCP procedures
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Previous locum or temporary position experience
  • Familiarity with hospital electronic medical records systems
  • Bilingual abilities or multilingual skills

Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in gastroenterology
  • Prior experience working in hospital-based settings
  • Active Michigan medical license or eligibility for licensure

Other Requirements:
  • On-call coverage from Monday 7 a.m. to Friday 7 p.m., with no weekend call obligations
  • Ability to travel to and from the healthcare facility as scheduled
  • Coverage of malpractice insurance, orientation, and daily shifts; rates including malpractice to be submitted
  • Must comply with travel and expense reimbursement policies; lodging must be booked directly, avoiding third-party booking sites
  • Participation in orientation and training sessions as required
