Job Description:
L3Harris Technologies is currently seeking an Integration & Test Lead to serve as the focal point for automated and manual test activities supporting enterprise releases. The role is responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements; identifying and tracking defects through resolution; analyzing test results and root causes; and collaborating with Systems, Software, and senior I&T engineers to support validation and verification efforts.
Essential Functions:
• Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements.
• Lead a small team of Integration and Test engineers.
• Focal point for Integration and Test efforts within the program.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through resolution.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations.
• Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify L3Harris engineering processes.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems.
• Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML.
• Help drive the program efforts in the creation and maintenance of the Test Automation suite.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
Preferred Additional Skills:
• Active Security+ CE certification
• Familiar with “Test Like you Fly”
• Familiarity with MBSE/MBT/SysML
• Familiarity with Eggplant or similar testing tools
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology
• Familiarity with Java and C++ application software
• Proficiency in Linux
