Job Title

This role leads the establishment and ramp-up of the ACCELLIX Assay R&D capability in Lombard, with end-to-end accountability for building the team, technology transfer from existing site, and delivery of assay development programs.

The position operates across multiple geographies (US, Israel) ensuring continuity of R&D activities while building a sustainable long-term organization. This role combines strategic execution, organizational build, and operational delivery responsibilities in a high visibility integration context. Accountable for successful transfer and continuity of ACCELLIX assay R&D activities across sites San Jose California (SJC), Jerusalem Israel (JLM) and Lombard, IL (LOM).

Responsibilities:

• Build and structure the ACCELLIX Assay R&D team, including hiring, role definition, and establishment of a scalable operating model
• Finalize integration of the Accellix US team within bioMrieux and establish a unified ACCELLIX bioscience organization across sites
• Build and develop a high-performing team, defining ways of working, performance expectations, and cross-site collaboration practices
• Lead technology and knowledge transfer from existing R&D teams to Lombard, ensuring continuity while minimizing disruption
• Operate in a context of simultaneous integration, team build, and active program execution
• Ensure delivery of assay development programs in line with ACCELLIX integration timelines and business priorities
• Own prioritization and execution decisions within ACCELLIX assay R&D scope, balancing resources, timelines, and evolving integration needs
• In close collaboration with Project and Program teams, ensure reliable, efficient, and timely delivery of new assays.
• Coordinate activities across multiple geographies (US, Israel) to align priorities, resources, and execution plans
• Work closely with the Jerusalem system team to ensure a "One Accellix" approach
• Partner with Pharma QC, Food, and Clinical R&D teams to identify synergies and ensure alignment with broader strategies
• Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Program, and Quality to help shape assay development strategy and ensure alignment with business priorities
• Represent bioMrieux scientific expertise in congresses and customer-facing engagements
• Participate in customer interactions to capture Voice of Customer insights and inform the development pipeline
• Perform all work in compliance with company quality procedures and standards.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required - higher level of education is preferred
• In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 4 years of additional relevant experience, defined below, will be accepted
• 10+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device regulated environment, including direct experience in Assay Development, Analytical Method Development, or Quality Control functions including 5+ years of specific professional Team Management experience
• Experience with cell? or gene?therapyrelated processes is highly desired.
• Deep knowledge of Pharma industry ideally in the field of Cells and Genes therapies, especially in the area of QC management is desired

The estimated salary range for this role is between $195,000 - $255,000. This role is eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and individual performance per bioMerieux's bonus program. Senior Manager, Supply Chain Development

Responsibilities

This Senior Manager role in Supply Chain Development is focused on end-to-end delivery and execution of Heinz innovation, capacity, growth, cost savings and supply continuity projects.

Lead technical and supply chain readiness to support commercialization activity using tools that prepare the supply chain and manufacturing facilities for successful start-ups for growth, capacity, supply continuity and cost out initiatives.

Support the SCL team during project scoping to align on MOQs for materials and production and support the launch of NPDs post launch to mitigate SCL.

Lead all communications relative to identifying risks and provide solutions to capacity constraint assets focused on productivity and NPD initiatives.

Provide input and solutions in commercialization meetings as they relate to manufacturing solutions.

Scope major manufacturing cost improvement initiatives through cross functional collaboration and provide timely updates to senior leaders.

Scope network capacity and E2E loss analysis with business partners. Ensure appropriate capacity for new business initiatives and growth plans across product life cycle. Develop and recommend alternatives as needed.

Develop capital business cases in conjunction with finance and project teams to support business growth initiatives and lead capital associated with developing such capability. Identify impact across the supply chain with regard to cost of goods sold e.g. route to market, capacity utilization, inventory, manufacturing efficiency, quality, safety.

Manage and deliver assigned financial targets, to include the delivery of capital projects, trial activity and start-up expenses while leading resource & funding prioritization. Drive development of COGS, ensure alignment between category team and operations.

Participate in various stakeholder governance forums (i.e. Stage gate/Leadership teams)

Partner with the Business Units/ Manufacturing/ Supply Chain/ Engineering to develop a 5-year strategic capacity plan. Create innovative solutions to address GAPs/ Constraints.

Manage and develop with the collaboration of marketing/sales the growth and innovation pipeline requests ensuring that proper financial and capability hurdles are properly met.

Partner with EM Quality and to ensure that any NPDs targeted to be produced at co-manufacturers are compliant with KHC golden rule requirements.

Provide updates to senior leadership, project sponsors and stakeholders as needed on key initiatives, including progress against deliverables, cost management, next steps and needs from sponsors to alleviate hurdles. Escalate concerns and issues, report project fact base, define options/trade-offs, and provide team recommendation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations Management, Food Science, Chemistry, or another related field

Minimum of 5 years combined experience in manufacturing, supply chain development or HQ business team experience.

Minimum 3 years' experience in Project Management for Consumer Products

Minimum 3 years' experience in Basic Marketing/Finance Principles

Description:

The Office shall have the following three functions:

To administer the credit enhancement fund for public charter schools under section 603(e) of the Student Loan Marketing Association Reorganization Act of 1996 (20 U.S.c. 1155(e)), subject to the provisions of such section.

To administer the Direct Loan Fund for Charter School Improvement under 38-1833.02, subject to the provisions of such section.

To develop, implement and provide oversight for other public charter school financing programs and support services as requested by the Mayor and the Council of the District of Columbia.

Qualifications/Membership:

Each member of the Committee shall be appointed for a term of three (3) years, except as provided in subsection B of this section, and shall serve thereafter until his or her successor is appointed. B. A member appointed to fill a vacancy in an unexpired term shall be appointed for the remainder of the unexpired term and shall serve thereafter until his or her successor is appointed. C. A member of the Committee may be re-appointed but shall serve no more than two (2) consecutive terms. For the purposes of this provision, a member appointed to fill a vacancy for an unexpired term of more than two (2) years shall be deemed to have served a full term. D. Members of the Public Charter School Credit Enhancement Fund Committee serving on the effective date of this Order shall become members of the Committee and shall serve on the Committee for the remainders of their previously appointed terms. Such members may be reappointed to the Committee, subject to paragraph C of this section. For the purposes of paragraph C of this section, a term served on the Public Charter School Credit Enhancement Fund Committee shall not be deemed to be a term on the Committee; provided, if the remainder of the term of a member of the Public Charter School Credit Enhancement Fund Committee is more than two (2) years at the time the member becomes a member of the Committee, that term shall be deemed to be a term on the Committee.
