About the Position

Tresco is seeking a dependable and motivated Production Worker to join our team in Las Cruces. The Production Worker is responsible for processing rental linens, uniforms, floor mats, and related products through various stages of an industrial laundry operation.

This position helps ensure products are cleaned, inspected, sorted, repaired, folded, packaged, and prepared for customer delivery while maintaining quality standards, productivity goals, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

Sort linens, uniforms, and rental products by type, color, customer, and processing requirements.

Operate industrial laundry equipment, including washers, dryers, conveyors, folders, presses, and other production machinery.

Inspect garments and linens for stains, damage, missing items, and quality issues.

Fold, package, and bundle clean products according to customer specifications.

Assemble customer orders for delivery routes.

Hang, scan, or prepare uniforms using automated garment systems.
