The Radiology Technologist is responsible for high quality diagnostic digital x-ray images with special attention to radiation/safety regulations, including proper documentation and techniques. Responsible for ensuring effective communication with customers, including radiologists as necessary. As applicable may assist in training new technologists and/or Patient Coordinators.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Produces high quality diagnostic x-ray images. Special attention to radiation safety/regulations, including proper documentation and technique when working with patients and radioactive materials.
  • Responsible for patient safety, including pre-screening for contra-indications, aseptic injection technique etc.
  • Effectively communicates with customers and radiologists.
  • May train new Radiologic Technologists and/or PC's.
  • Trouble-shoots the X-ray unit and all peripheral equipment (including: computers, PACS, etc.).

Position Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Associate's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • ARRT (R) and state license, if applicable required.
  • CPR certification required.
  • As applicable, valid state driver's license.
  • Team Members working in a fixed setting:
    • Successful completion of a Radiology School.
    • Ability to work at several locations.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • Organizational and multi-tasking skills.
    • Basic knowledge of computer applications and programs.

We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers. 


The Petroleum Construction Installer Level 2 (also known as Construction Mechanic) performs many tasks that require physical labor on construction sites. The Installer mainly assists the construction craft worker or electrician. They may carry tools and materials or help set up equipment. They are able to perform a wide range of tasks varying in complexity from very easy to extremely difficult and potentially hazardous.  The pay range for this role is $21-$34 an hour based on experience. 


Job Duties:

  • Under the Foreman’s supervision, act as a team leader to independently undertake a specific phase of work and direct others in the completion of that goal.
  • Be able to spot and direct the heavy equipment operators, track hoe and loaders, from the ground during excavation operations. The ability to operate small machinery, such as a skid steer loader or backhoe, is a plus.
  • Able to cut and thread steel pipe and assist in the fitting and installation on underground and above-ground tanks.
  • Assist with the foreman shooting grades, and simple paperwork.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized job site per the foreman’s direction.
  • Help maintain a safe job site - make sure all signs and safety barricades and devices are in place and wear the proper personal protective equipment for the task being performed.
  • Keep the tools of the trade picked up, cleaned and organized on the truck or job trailer.
  • Keep the job inventory straight per the foreman’s directions.
  • Communicate and look ahead to avoid problems and help plan.
  • Present the Company image and maintain personal appearance.
  • Work will include after-hours
  • Able to work in all weather conditions – significant portion of the work is done outdoors

  • Highschool Diploma or GED required

Essential Functions/Responsibilities:

  • 1. Ensure that all assigned duties are implemented according to the Department of Mental Health Standards.

    2. Attend all trainings for the Stepping Up Initiative and program.

    3. Complete MI and SUD assessments and intakes assigned for the Stepping Up program.

    4. Provide the appropriate interventions that are defined in client's treatment plan to guide the client through the continuum of care.

    5. Provide crisis intervention services, therapy, and case coordination services as appropriate.

    6. If intervention is not within departmental scope of services, ensure that client is linked to the appropriate resource.

    7. Complete appropriate reviews of clinical documentation; reviews should assess client's response to treatment, the accuracy of previously defined goals, objectives and interventions, and support the need to continue or discontinue any part of the treatment plan.

    8. Complete documentation within established times per Indian Rivers' policy (within 2 business days). Ensure complete and accurate data is maintained in AVATAR, (diagnosis approval, admission flow, open episodes, enrollment, etc.)

    9. Attend and actively participate in treatment team meetings as assigned.

    10. Ensure safety of consumers, preserving basic human and legal rights.

    11. Demonstrate appropriate and ethical behavior at all times.

    12. Demonstrate a positive attitude toward work and the completion of work assignments.

    13. Respond to phone calls/communication in a timely manner.

    14. Provide consultation and education to the general public as needed.

    15. Provide information about mental health services and substance abuse services to members of the general public, judges, physicians and referral agencies to ensure proper referrals for consumer services.

    16. Transport consumers in a company vehicle, ensuring that company vehicle is operated in a safe manner and that appropriate staff are notified if there is an accident or if the vehicle is in need of service.

    17. Ensure that agency vehicles have pre-trip inspections, monthly maintenance checks, and provide report documentation to supervisor and Facilities Manager.

    18. If a company vehicle is not available utilize personal vehicle to accomplish work related duties. Indian Rivers will reimburse mileage.

    19. Provides outreach community services (may require home visits) as required by supervisor or program standards.

    20. Provide and/or arrange in-service training programs for staff as needed.

    21. Participate in clinical and administrative record review procedures.

    22. Represent the Organization in an accurate and professional manner.

    23. Follow IRBH Policy and Procedures.

    24. Maintain communication and awareness of current Organization events by reading memos, emails, bulletin boards, and communication logs.

    25. Work independently and/or with teams to complete assigned tasks accurately and in a timely manner with minimum supervision.

    26. Support Organizational Code of Conduct, Standards Compliance, HIPAA and Security Programs by ensuring job tasks are performed in a legal and ethical manner, assessing the work area for non-compliance and notifying the supervisor, manager, Executive Director or designee as appropriate, and maintaining training requirements and understanding that training is a required condition of employment.

    27. Adhere to attendance and punctuality policy by allowing adequate time to arrive, clock-in and assume responsibilities at designated time, adhering to meal and break times and making timely requests for annual leave and reporting the need for sick leave in accordance with policy.

    28. Comply with all standards related to safety and health by maintaining current TB Test, CPR/First Aid, CPI, and by reporting infections and on-the-job injuries in accordance with policy.

    29. Identify opportunities for improving the quality of services provided by the department and the organization.

    30. All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor or Executive Director.


Minimum Qualifications:

1. Master's degree required in a mental health or human services related field that meets eligibility to be certified as a QSAP 1.

2. Current Alabama driver's license and good driving record as defined by Indian Rivers' policy.

3. Must be able to read, write legibly, speak, and comprehend English.
