Sherwin-Williams Paint Store Equipment Specialist

The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at #3203 2051 Rosebud Drive Billings, MT 59102.

This position is responsible for spray equipment (e.g. airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers) at the store or at customers' job sites. This includes performing necessary repairs, providing training on equipment, and maintaining inventory as required.

Job duties involve contact with customers, which may include minors; and access to cash and other payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, store merchandise and other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's customers, staff, employees, vendors, contractors, and the general public.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales efforts at a Sherwin-Williams paint store, servicing wholesale and retail customers.
  • Perform repairs on all types of spray equipment (e.g. airless, conventional, electrostatic, pressure washers.) at the store or at customers' job sites
  • Conduct hydraulic and warranty repairs
  • Rebuild pumps
  • Repair branch tinting and mixing equipment
  • Educate other employees and customers on spray equipment
  • Maintain an inventory of spray parts

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future
  • Must be able, with or without reasonable accommodation, to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation

Summary: Evaluate, prepare and implement educational services for referred and qualified Vision Impaired students of varying degrees district wide, as required by state and federal regulations.   • Administers appropriate assessment to students' to evaluate skill level, progress and achievement, when necessary or at the direction of the psychologist or support specialist.

  • Performs initial evaluations and re-evaluation on referred students when indicated
  • Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members and vendors.

The Home Equity Specialist is responsible for originating high-quality home equity line of credit (HELOC) loans by effectively communicating with customers, gathering documentation, evaluating applications, and closing approved loans.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed assigned loan production goals and targets; Maintain pipeline management reports and forecast future opportunities
  • Prospect for new HELOC customers through inbound call campaigns
  • Educate customers on HELOC products and eligibility requirements
  • Gather financial documents and process loan applications
  • Evaluate applications based on credit worthiness, income verification, asset valuation, etc.
  • Present completed packages for underwriting approval
  • Coordinate closings with settlement agents and title companies
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable lending laws and regulations
  • Participate in continued education and training as required;
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience as a loan officer, preferably with HELOC expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, sales, and relationship building skills
  • Proficiency with loan origination/processing software systems
  • Knowledge of lending guidelines, laws and regulations
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and problem-solving abilities
  • Must possess, or have the ability to possess upon hire, a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license per the SAFE Act; may be asked to become licensed in multiple states

How This Role Makes a Difference

The Patient Services Liaison serves as the primary liaison between patients, site staff, and clinical teams, ensuring a high-quality patient experience and efficient coordination of clinical trial visits.This person's responsibility includes all patient service functionality including scheduling patients, handling the various of software's and applications, helping patients with applications, diaries.
