Position Purpose:

Food and food service delivery Drivers fulfill a critical role in the country’s food supply chain. Our delivery drivers not only make sure the customers’ products arrive at their destination at the arranged times and in good condition, but they are the face of our company – building lasting relationships with our customers!

The Driver is responsible for driving a tractor trailer or straight truck on intrastate and interstate local, over-the-road (OTR), shuttle, and overnight and drive and drop routes for the purpose of delivering and/or unloading food and food related products to customers in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations. Communicates and interacts with customers, vendors and co-workers professionally ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.

Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Performs all required safety checks (i.e., pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations; inspects tractor/truck and trailer to insure they meet company safety standards and take appropriate action as needed.
  • Report all safety issues and/or repairs required.
  • Follows all DOT regulations and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Immediately reports all safety hazards. Inspects trailer for properly loaded and secured freight.
  • Performs count check of items and checks customer invoices of products that have been loaded.
  • Checks and completes in an accurate and in legible fashion all required paperwork associated with freight.
  • Moves tractor to the loading dock and attach preloaded trailer as needed.
  • Drives to and delivers customer orders according to predetermined route delivery schedule.
  • Unloads products from the trailer, transports items into designated customer storage areas.
  • Performs damage control checks on items, scans, and contacts supervisor about removing orders according to company policy.
  • Verifies delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures.
  • Collects money (cash or checks) where required.
  • Loads customer returns on to trailer and secure trailer doors.
  • Ensures that tractor, trailer, and freight are appropriately locked and/or always secured.
  • Unloads damaged goods and customer returns and bring to the driver check-in and complete necessary paperwork.
  • Unloads all equipment, materials and removes trash from trailers as required.
  • Completes daily record of hours of service and enter in log in accordance with Federal DOT, state, and company requirements.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
• 6+ months commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A or CDL-B

• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check

Position Purpose:
Warehouse associates are the foundation to our company’s success. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
  • Locates proper slot on storage racks, set pallets in place with forklift or hand stack items, enter product data and location into appropriate unit. Locates and performs count check of incoming freight in the staging area and transport to freezer with forklift/pallet jack.
  • Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock items according to next day’s work orders. Rotates date-sensitive stock to the front of the rack and/or remove outdated out of date inventory according to company policy.
  • Disperses over-stocked items to available slots for temporary storage.
  • Removes empty pallets, cardboard packing, and strapping to the proper area or receptacles. I
  • nspects empty pallets for damage, stack and move pallets with pallet jack or forklift to the proper storage area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete initial and ongoing assessments of patients' physical, emotional, psychosocial, and environmental needs

American Traveler is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of home health experience and 2 years overall clinical experience for a role serving the Modesto area.

Details

  • Home health setting covering geriatric patients, wound care, and general home health cases
  • Day shift schedule, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • No weekend shifts required
  • Minimum of 23-24 visits per week required to qualify for a 40-hour guarantee
  • On-call is discretionary and not required
  • Primary coverage in the Modesto area, with possible travel to surrounding counties as discussed during interview

Position Overview

As an Associate in the Risk, Investigations & Analytics (RIA) practice, you will conduct investigations involving in-depth background research on individuals and entities using U.S. and international open source materials and compile findings into written reports for a variety of clients, including law firms, financial institutions, and corporations. As needed by the practice, the work may include in-depth due diligence investigations, as well as work on fraud and corruption matters, asset tracing, monitorships, and litigation support matters. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare client deliverables (reports, briefings, etc.) for multi-faceted investigations with guidance from case managers and senior staff;
  • Research public records and social media and collection of human intelligence in multiple jurisdictions;
  • Coordinate with case teams on project deliverables, status and reporting deadlines;
  • Deliver written and verbal briefings to case leaders and clients on research findings;
  • Identify and develop resources useful for investigative research;
  • Foster a collegial and entrepreneurial working environment that promotes professional growth and development;
  • Assist in mentoring junior analysts, as required;

Desired Qualifications

We seek candidates to support our growing investigations offerings. Ideal candidates would possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline, master's degree also desirable. Professional certifications are beneficial but not required;
  • Up to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within a consulting organization;
  • Experience using investigative databases (e.g. WestLaw, LexisNexis, Factiva, Accurint, etc.), as well as experience working with a range of public record resources (e.g. civil and criminal proceedings, SEC filings, property records, bankruptcies, tax liens, news media, social media, corporate filings, regulatory filings and sanctions, etc.)
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and effective oral and written communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage multiple workstreams, be attentive to detail, and meet timely deadlines;

Basic Purpose

Central Oklahoma Juvenile Center is a 24-hour facility. This position is subject to shift work and applicants must be willing to work any shift as needed to provide coverage. Overtime may be required if necessary to maintain the facility.

2nd Shift   2:00pm to 10:00pm

3rd Shift   10:00pm to 6:00am


 

Additional Pay Opportunities

Typical Functions

  • Provides security and supervision to adjudicated residents in a variety of situations and activities.

  • Checks the physical security of the facility, including doors, windows, and lighting.
  • Completes written and/or typed reports on a variety of incidents and residents' behaviors; sends and receives verbal transmissions over a hand-held radio; maintains a written log of daily facility activities; communicates by telephone with emergency responder agencies in crisis situations.
  • Provide safe and secure transport services for OJA custody youth to and from placement, juvenile detention centers, court hearings, and various other appointments such as medical, dental and mental health evaluations.
  • Will have responsibility for GPS monitoring, tracking, inventory and documentation in assigned areas.
  • Other high risk transportation duties as assigned and specified through the Performance Management Process (PMP).
  • Assists other OJA employees as needed/other duties as assigned.

Ability is required to interact with juveniles; to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others; to follow written and oral instructions; to gather facts and effectively communicate those facts in reports; to positively interact with residents of various racial, ethnic, and cultural backgrounds; to remain alert and act quickly and appropriately in emergency situations; to physically and appropriately handle escapees and violent or unruly juvenile residents; and to exercise good judgment in the evaluation of situations and in making decisions.

Special Requirements

Applicants must be willing and able to perform all job-related travel normally associated with this position, possess a valid Oklahoma driver’s license at time of appointment and be willing to be on-call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Office of Juvenile Affairs has determined that some positions in this job family are safety sensitive as defined by 63 O.S. § 427.8.

Must be able to pass background check, fingerprints, and drug screening.

A trial period of 12 months will be required.

Choctaw Advantage Solutions (CAS) is building a Family Advocacy Surge Response Team of experienced clinical and nursing professionals who can provide rapid-response support during major installation emergencies, natural disasters, mass casualty events, and other crisis situations.

When activated, Surge Response Team members may be called upon to begin providing services within 12 hours of notification and may support emergency family assistance centers (EFACs), Family Advocacy Programs (FAP), and other critical response locations. Schedules may shift from standard business hours to 24/7 coverage, including split shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays, based on mission requirements.

What You May Do

Depending on your discipline and the needs of the installation, Surge Response Team members may:

    Provide crisis intervention, clinical counseling, nursing support, and family assistance.Support individuals and families affected by trauma, loss, domestic violence, child maltreatment, or other crisis situations.Provide victim advocacy, safety planning, assessments, referrals, and case management.Provide individual, family, and group interventions.Support FAP clinical and prevention services during periods of increased operational demand.Provide services at EFACs, MTFs, FAP facilities, and other designated response locations.Collaborate with FAP personnel, military leadership, healthcare providers, emergency response organizations, and community agencies.Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and comply with applicable FAP and MTF standards.Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high-tempo emergency environment.

Minimum Qualifications

LCSW / LMFT:

    Current, unrestricted U.S. LCSW or LMFT license.Master's degree from an appropriately accredited program (CSWE for LCSW; COAMFTE or qualifying equivalent for LMFT).Minimum 2 years of relevant post-master's/post-licensure clinical experience.Experience providing clinical services to individuals and families affected by or at risk for abuse or maltreatment.Experience facilitating or co-leading group therapy.Experience working with children, families, and/or groups in clinical or community-based settings.Eligible for and able to maintain required MTF clinical privileges.

RN:

    Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.Current, unrestricted U.S. RN license in good standing.Minimum 2 years of professional nursing experience in Community Health, Maternal/Child Health, Child Abuse, Domestic Abuse, or a related area.Eligible for and able to maintain required MTF credentials and privileges.

Preferred Experience

    Military or Air Force Family Advocacy Program (FAP) experience.Crisis intervention or emergency response experience.Domestic violence or child maltreatment intervention/prevention.New Parent Support Program (NPSP) or FAST experience.Home visitation or community-based clinical services.Experience working with military families.Multidisciplinary clinical team experience.Experience providing services in high-tempo or crisis environments.

Important Surge Requirements

All Surge Response Team members must meet the same credentialing, privileging, licensing, and background investigation requirements applicable to baseline FAP personnel.

Candidates must be able to respond within 12 hours of activation and be prepared to work flexible schedules, including 24/7 operations, when required by the mission.
