GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

HDR is looking for a Due Diligence and Planning Program Manager that is experienced with site selection, land development due diligence and master planning and is passionate about working for many of the world's largest tech companies. The primary duties of this role are to lead a due diligence and planning program with multi-disciplinary teams that deliver site selection, fatal flaw analysis, due diligence, and master planning projects for mission critical datacenters and other large, advanced technology facilities. The program's typical projects would be the evaluation and development of a large (>100 acre) greenfield campus where time-to-market and schedule are critical. Disciplines this candidate will need to effectively oversee include project managers, planners, utility engineers providing power, natural gas, fiber, water, and wastewater evaluation, site development civil engineers who provide test fits, plan for wet-dry utilities, grading, drainage, and work through the regulatory entitlements process.

In addition to leading the due diligence and planning program, this person will also be expected to manage projects and support our overall client management activities. The ideal candidate should possess and maintain knowledge of regional and national due diligence, site planning and land development market trends as well as a strong understanding of the unique needs of datacenters and advance technology projects. Specific responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain program tools for governance, staff onboarding, forecasting, KPI tracking, resource allocation and hiring.

On behalf of Cook Children’s Health Care System (CCHCS) in Fort Worth, Texas (Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex), CareerPhysician, the leader in child health executive search and leadership development, is pleased to announce a search to identify an outstanding Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to support the growth of their nationally recognized heart center and its expansion of cardiac transplantation and adult congenital services throughout North Texas. CCHCS is a nationally recognized system comprised of two children’s hospitals, a physician-led practice network, home health company, ambulatory surgery centers, urgent care centers, a health plan, and a thriving foundation. Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth is a freestanding, 462-bed quaternary care children’s hospital that is consistently ranked among the nation's best children's hospitals by U.S. News & World Report. The integrated system has more than 60 primary and specialty care offices throughout North and West Texas, serving a 23-county referral network. The Cook Children's Physician Network (CCPN) is the largest pediatric multi-specialty physician group in its service area with over 1,000 employed subspecialty and primary care physicians as well as advanced practice providers.

Key Opportunity Highlights:
  • Group of 9 Cardiac Intensivists supporting a 14-bed CVICU and growing Heart Center that encompasses 450-500 surgical cases annually, 500 cardiac catheterizations, 220 EP studies performed annually and expanding heart failure and cardiac transplant programs.
  • New $1 billion West Tower expansion featuring 760,000 square feet of clinical space, including 143 NICU beds, 56 PICU beds, and technically advanced operating rooms for specialized programs in orthopedic spine surgery, neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, and robotics.
  • Opportunities for leadership in the PC National Quality Improvement Collaborative and across programmatic subspecialty programs, including, but not limited to, Heart Failure and Transplantation.
  • Opportunity for an academic faculty appointment with the Texas Christian University Burnett School of Medicine and participation in established clinical research with the support of an established IRB, grant writing office, research nursing, and dedicated PhD statisticians.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Board Certification or Eligibility in Pediatric Cardiology or Pediatric Intensive Care
  • 3-5 years of CVICU experience ideal but not required.
  • Board Certification in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care Medicine.
  • Demonstrated expertise and knowledge across the full spectrum of pediatric cardiac critical care, including ventilator management, central and arterial line placement, ECMO, management of neonates with congenital heart disease before and after surgery, postoperative care of adult congenital heart disease patients, and postoperative management of cardiac transplant patients.
  • Proven success collaborating with all members of the Congenital Cardiac Surgery Program team.
