SALES REPRESENTATIVE — COMPETITIVE PEOPLE WANTEDCompetitive? Driven? Coachable? Hate losing more than you love winning? Keep reading.

We’re growing—and we’re looking for high-energy, motivated salespeople who want to WIN.

Our agency has been making waves in insurance since 2008, with two offices in Michigan and a presence in Indiana and Ohio. We’ve built a team of seven experienced professionals who work hard, push each other, celebrate wins, and have fun doing it.

Now, we’re looking for the next competitor to join the team.

???? FORMER ATHLETES — WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU

If you grew up competing, you already understand what it takes to succeed here.

Discipline. Coachability. Resilience. Accountability. Teamwork.

We love candidates with an athletic background because sales is a lot like sports: you prepare, you compete, you keep score, and your effort matters.

No athletic background? No problem. If you have the same competitive mentality and drive to succeed, we want to meet you.

???? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You might be a great fit if you:

  • Are hungry, ambitious, and motivated

  • Have a competitive personality and want to be #1

  • Bring energy into the room

  • Aren’t afraid to pick up the phone and start a conversation

  • Can hear “no” and immediately move on to the next opportunity

  • Are coachable and want feedback

  • Set goals and hold yourself accountable

  • Enjoy being recognized and rewarded for results

  • Want teammates who will challenge you to get better

  • Want a career—not just another job

Sales experience is great. Competitive fire is better.

We can teach products and processes. We’re looking for people who bring the attitude, effort, and desire to succeed.

???? WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be on the front lines of growing our agency.

You’ll:

  • Prospect and generate new business

  • Talk with potential customers every day

  • Discover what customers need and recommend insurance solutions

  • Follow up relentlessly and turn opportunities into customers

  • Build relationships and create referrals

  • Work toward—and crush—individual and team sales goals

  • Learn from experienced insurance and sales professionals

  • Participate in coaching, training, and team development

  • Celebrate the wins and learn quickly from the losses

???? WHY OUR TEAM?

Because work should be challenging AND fun.

You’ll get:

  • A Winning Culture — Competitive, positive, supportive, and energetic

  • Experienced Teammates — Learn from seasoned professionals

  • Growth — Build sales skills that can change the trajectory of your career

  • Coaching — We’ll challenge you, develop you, and help you improve

  • Flexible Scheduling — We believe in performance and flexibility

  • Quarterly Team Outings — When the team wins, we celebrate

  • Multiple Markets — Two Michigan offices plus a presence in Indiana

  • Opportunity — The harder you work and the better you perform, the more opportunity you create

???? READY TO COMPETE AGAIN?

Maybe you hung up the cleats.

Maybe you walked off the court for the last time.

Maybe you just know you’re capable of more than an average 9-to-5.

Either way, your competitive days don't have to be over.

Bring us your work ethic. Bring us your energy. Bring us your competitive edge.

We’ll give you a new scoreboard.

READY TO WIN?

Apply today. Come compete. Come grow. Come build something with us.
