American Traveler is hiring a Night Shift RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) role in a cardiac stepdown unit, requiring cardiovascular experience and NM or compact RN license.

Details

  • Cardiac stepdown unit located within a Heart Hospital with a significant cardiac patient population
  • 55-bed unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
  • Night shift schedule (4x12 hours, 18:30-07:00) with option of 36 or 48 hours weekly
  • Rotating weekend coverage as needed
  • Floating required to like units within scope based on facility needs
  • No on-call requirements
  • Uses Epic charting system

Requirements

  • Active RN license (NM or Compact) required, pending compact accepted if obtained prior to start
  • BLS and ACLS certification required; NIHSS and CPI preferred
  • 2 years of RN experience preferred, will consider 1+ years
  • Cardiovascular experience required
  • Epic charting experience preferred
  • Skills in cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation/management, and telemetry monitoring required
  • Experience with cardiac drip management and heparin protocols
  • Experience with central and peripheral line care, IV therapy, and phlebotomy
  • Preferred skills include chest tube management, BiPAP/CPAP, wound care, IV insulin protocols, and pre/post cardiac cath and surgery care

What You'll Do As a Veterinary Surgery Technician, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prepare patients for surgery.

  • Partner with surgeons, anesthesiology staff, specialists, and nursing teams to ensure continuity of care.
  • Coordinate patient workflow from admission through discharge.
  • Assist with client communication, discharge instructions, and treatment plan education.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, referring veterinarians, and colleagues.

Qualifications Required:

  • Current Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) license in New Hampshire required
  • 3-5 years Veterinary Technician experience in a clinical veterinary setting.
  • Strong technical nursing skills including Venipuncture, IV catheter placement, Medication administration, Laboratory sample collection, Patient restraint and handling
  • Experience monitoring sedated or anesthetized patients during surgical procedures preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced specialty and emergency environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

What You'll Do

The majority of clients are located in Los Lunas and surrounding areas, with a smaller number of clients in more outlying communities.

The overall territory is within approximately 100 miles of Albuquerque, so candidates should be comfortable with occasional longer-distance travel.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $107,100 - 150,550

A Day in the Life of an Account Manager

The Client Success Operations Analyst owns the data-driven methodology and operational framework that enables the Client Success organization to create value for Clients at scale. ACCOUNTABILITIES & PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Data & Insights

  • Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards, views, and reports (e.g., CS Scorecard) to track Client health, team performance, and organizational impact.
  • Provide analytics support for CSAT, capacity planning, renewal forecasting, and utilization.
  • Translate data into actionable insights, enabling Client Success leaders to make proactive, informed decisions.

Process & Enablement

  • Design, document, and launch scalable processes, workflows, and automations to improve efficiency and ensure consistent Client experience across Engagement Solution Lines, as applicable.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Solution Line, Product, Delivery) to define requirements and implement solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system hygiene across CRM, CS platforms, and supporting tools.

Community & Communication

  • Manage Client-facing communications (platform updates, in-app notifications).
  • Coordinate automated reporting, partner webinars, and other Client engagement programs, as applicable.
  • Support the development and implementation of engagement strategies and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Solution Lines, Delivery, Finance, and Product to ensure a seamless Client lifecycle and consistent reporting.
  • Function as a connector between operational analytics and frontline Client Success execution.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Analytics, Communications, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of Client-facing experience (Account Management, Client Success, Employee Engagement, or related).
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills; able to connect data to business outcomes.
