Job Summary:

The Host is responsible for delivering an excellent hospitality experience by maintaining the overall flow of the restaurant. They provide a positive and professional first and last impression to every guest. In the event there is a wait time, quote an accurate wait time and answer any questions the guest may have.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact courteously with Guests (answer phones, greet Guests, seat Guests, make reservations, take food orders)
• Uphold our high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area and crowd control

Contracting Support Manager

We are seeking a Contracting Support Manager for an Assignment in Hanscom AFB. The ideal candidate is local to Bedford, MA or nearby areas, has a strong background in DoD contracting, including at least 5 years of relevant experience and 2 years within a DoD environment. They are detail-oriented, professional, and possess an Active DoD-Issued Secret Clearance.

As a Contracting Support Manager, you will provide expert-level guidance and administrative assistance for Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs at Hanscom Air Force Base, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with DoD civilians, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, while supporting the full lifecycle of contracting activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist with price/cost evaluation activities (excluding participation in negotiations).
• Oversee and execute contract close-out procedures.
• Gather, analyze, and report on data related to contracting and program activities.
• Provide clerical, administrative, and office support for contract operations.
• Conduct training sessions related to contract processes and activities.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in contracting support, including 2 years in a DoD environment.
• Comprehensive understanding of DoD contracting principles, policies, and program management.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
• Active Secret clearance or eligibility for a Top-Secret clearance.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Previous experience working on a military base, particularly Hanscom AFB.

The Brand Specialist is the front-line champion for exceptional interactions people have with Gerberwhether they're a customer, partner, or employee. • Assist in the development and maintenance of the omnichannel content map, ensuring consistent messaging, storytelling, and timing across B2B, B2C, digital, social, and internal channels.

Responsibilities

Business Development and Proposal Preparations

• Identifies new opportunities and coordinates with the management team for support and overall strategy. Helps to identify new markets, clients and technologies while building client relationships.
• Assembles proposals which includes performing risk assessment, evaluating opportunities to increase profit, estimating, engineering, technical writing, site visits and client Q & A.
• Responsible for negotiation of the contract and understanding the contract requirements.
• Coordinates with pre-construction team if applicable.

Risk Management

• Fully understands and complies with Keller risk management policies and procedures.

Initial Planning

• Plans pre-project meetings with the Superintendent and other entities as required.

• Experience in piling, shoring and grouting operations preferred.

Project Coordinator

Under direct supervision, the Project Coordinator supports the management of projects and programs. Utilizes SLHS-standard project management processes and methodologies as well as industry best practices to ensure assigned responsibilities within projects and programs are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations. Plans, schedules, and ensures timely completion of assigned work with projects and programs, including but not limited to project financials, risk management, change control, vendor status tracking, status reporting and action items for the lifecycle of projects and programs. Maintains and helps facilitate on-going communication within the project/program team as well as with various external stakeholders. Maintains accountability to the project/program manager/director through status reports and updates as required. Communicates needs and risks to successful and timely project completion as they arise. Maintains and makes available project information for use by the project/program team, leadership, and other stakeholders within and without the assigned project using project management software, and other tools. Creates and drafts project/program documentation including presentations, memos, minutes, flowcharts, email correspondence and other communication methods. Provides orientation and training information to SLHS employees, contractors, consultants, vendors and other external entities in order to facilitate navigation of SLHS processes and expectations. Assists tracking and cross-coordination of dependencies within and between projects and programs. Possesses demonstrable knowledge of the SLHS and other project/program policies, procedures, and practices. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
