Collision/Body Technician

Camping World is seeking a Collision/Body Technician to join our growing team. A successful Collision/Body Technician will have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, background in body/paint repair and well-versed in all paint and body repair equipment. RV and Marine exterior and structure experience strongly preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Provide and document complete diagnostics for repairing recreational vehicle equipment and structures. Determine best product for repair.
• Customize and repair RV in accordance with work orders. Execute work orders.
• Perform body and paint repair
• Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements
• Keep supervisor appraised of work progress
• Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee
• Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers
• Follows Safety and Hazardous Waste procedures as outlined
• Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned and performs duties at company established performance levels.

What You'll Need to Have for the Role:

• RV and Marine exterior and structure experience preferred.
• Certification from college or technical school in trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is certainly helpful but, we also consider applicable work experience
• Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred
• RVIA certification helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license preferred
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
• Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending
• Potential exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
• Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness

General Compensation Disclosure

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the current range is listed below.

Pay Range:

$22.55-$53.48 Hourly

Senior Lending Manager

Serves as a member of the EFCU senior management team, helping establish and implement major goals and strategic objectives for EFCU and broader Everence Financial lending initiatives. Provides leadership for all aspects of lending across Everence, including management of the loan portfolio and underwriting for consumer, mortgage, and business loans. Oversees collections and loan servicing functions.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and implement effective lending strategies, policies, products, and procedures across all Everence entities.

Director of Student Care

The Director for Student Care reports directly to the Dean for Student Well-Being. The Director will provide non-clinical services to holistically support students who are navigating difficult life events and crisis situations that can impact the student's ability to be successful. This will include managing an individual caseload of students, crisis follow-up, and support for the university behavioral intervention team. The Director will also work with the Dean to develop and implement programming and assessment plans to support student well-being and thriving at Campbell University. Additionally, the Director will serve as an investigator in Title IX cases.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Will provide campus-wide non-clinical case management services to address the needs of at-risk students who are experiencing academic, interpersonal, or health-related difficulties.
• Support students in identifying and addressing problems and connect them with appropriate support services. Collaborate with internal partners to provide comprehensive support services and resources to students.
• Serve as a member of the University's Behavioral Assessment Team (BAT).
• Direct case management services include outreach, non-clinical crisis management, follow-up for students who have been referred to the CARES (Campus Advocacy, Resource, Empowerment and Support) Team.
• Collaborates on CARES and BAT team action plans and monitors student progress.
• Participate in collaborative meetings with campus partners to support University-wide retention efforts.
